Make it romantic! Rose petals etc! Have a nice dinner jut the two of you and maybe get her to come to your house.. Have a path of rosepetals leading to your bed, every girl would love that! Maybe some inscence or candals?

obviously youve got the dinner in your head and that is sweet. Maybe you should have a path of flower petals (roses mayb) and have the path lead into the bed room to give her a hint but have a present your going to give her like jewlery or something on the bed so if she doesnt want to have sex with you then it wont seem like your pushing her. Make a move and if she doesnt try to make it any more sensual than making out just let things role. hope i helped!
