Hey! Im Nicole. This is my second advice column. I really ♥ to give advice. I am rated pretty high here too, even though ive only answered about 260 questions. I have pretty much answered every type of question && i can certainly give you some advice. It may not always be what you want to hear, but i'll give you wat you need to hear. Okay well there's this guy I really like and I want him to be my boyfriend but the thing is that one of my friends likes him a lot too. So when I told her I liked him she made me promise that I wouldn't go out with him. I think it's kinda stupid for her to make me promise that so I told her that if he asked me out I was gonna say yes. But then she got mad at me and I think she told him that I liked him because he has been avoiding me ever since. I wanna talk to him about it but I haven't gotten a hold of him lately. And since he's avoiding me we aren't really hanging out. I'm really sad since I've liked him on and off the whole year. And I'm kind of jealous of my friend cuz he's been flirting with her a whole lot. So what do I do? Do I talk to him or her. . .Or both of them? Was it wrong for me to not promise I wouldn't go out with this guy since my friend liked him too?

talk to both of them. && dont feel bad at all, if anyone is to feel bad its her. she has no right to make you promise that. i doubt she told him, you like him because maybe he liked you too? && so she would probably not tell him you liked him. Maybe she told a lie? I dont know. And I dont know why he is acting weird around you. but about your friend, talk to her && let her know what you feel about this. friends come before boyfriends.. so maybe you should try && get over him? or maybe she isnt such a true friend after all. =) hope i helped! ask me anything @ anytime.

im 16 years old and 8 months pregnant..my boyfriend ..which is the father and is 19..wont have anything to do with me..he wont even touch me anymore yea he comes over every now and then but he doesnt stay long..it breaks my heart because i love him so much..he says he loves me but it definately doesnt feel like it..what can i do?

oh kay well the thing is he's prolly a little scared about the baby. i mean, it does mean he has to spend the rest of his life taking care of the baby right? well, also, its not right to leave you alone && not take care of you && the baby. talk to him about it. i know that may be hard, but just tell him that if he really loves you, he would be taking care of you right now. hope i helped a little && good luck with the baby! =)!

I really like this one guy he flirts a whole bunch with other girls but he respects me more then the other girls as far as i know. do u all think its better to be respected of flirted with?

yeah respect is very important! It's better than being flirted with (thats cool too) but you def need to be respected. but if he flirts too much, is he worth it?

well, i have this friend and she recently a break down in drama class and the teacher let us go outside and just sit and talk, but i didnt know if i should talk about her problems or just try to distract her since there wasnt really anything to do about them (family problems). i ended up asking her what she wanted from me, (in a less demanding way than that) but i feel like i was making the situation more about me and less about making her feel better by doing that. anyone have any advice on how i could have handled this situation better?

well i mean you can still listen to her problems... (thats what friends do) but tell her that you dont really know what to do && maybe she should see a counselor? i dont know but still listen to her && try && help her. she seems like she really needs a friend right now. && you should be there for her && you seem to be doing that. just make sure she knows yur there for her always! =)

I recently had a fight with my friend....and we havent talked in months. at first when we had our fight she told everyone she didnt want ot be my friend ever again...but today i asked my friend to ask her online our status. and she said she didnt think we would be the same, but she may still want to be friends. how should i act if i want to be friends but i dont want to seem annoying or clingy? i really want to repair this friendship! any tips for what to say and when?? help! i rate ^!!!

I really like this boy that i've known for a long time now and ever since ive met him ive liked him A LOT. so we went out then we broke up..then went out again and broke up again. I still like him SO much and ive tried to talk to other guys but i still cant get him out of my head and id do ANYTHING to not like him anymore because he has a girlfriend. I want him to realize how much still like him but he goes and tells his girlfriend that I'm friends with. I really need help fast! I usually get over a guy really quick but this boys somehow a different story! Ill rate 5's for GOOD answers! THX!

hmm well.. i think that you should probably just ask him how much he likes her... maybe? and just talk to him a lil bit about it.. idk. but i get what you are going through. maybe you could tell him you still like him && say "well i know you have a girlfriend, i get that, and im not trying to get in the way of that, but i still have feelings for you, and as hard as i try i cant get over you && i just thought you should know that".. well thats probably what i would do, and it sounds okay to me but its your choice. either say something or just keep tryin to move on. =/

My boy friend's best friend is my ex...and he is always over there and I get so mad because duering school he was always at hme on weekends and stuff so that we could spend time together...I mean just us...and now he is always over there nd when I won't to do somenthing with him or when he asked me to do soemntihg his little friend (my ex) has to come along!Uggghh! It makes me so mad! What do i do about it?

let him know && tell him you dont always want it to be a group thing. if hes a good bf he'll understand. =)

it sounds almost the same. and since they do mean a bad word when they are saying it they need to edit it out. lol, i dont know, im just guessing but thats probably why.

i've been friends with this girl for 11 yrs and i asked her to go out with me she said yes but then later that day i called her on the phone and she broke up with me i asked her why and she said it feels like she's goin with her bro

ok, thats a pretty tough situation actually. but i think you should try && flirt && see if she will like you again.. but if she doesnt. then just try && move on. but sometimes its hard to move on cos you cant tell your heart who to love. lol, but remember you cant wait for her forever!

two guys tried to rape my gf when we were walking from a party. so i was in a fight with them, i knew it was a stupid move; i was out matched and out numbered, but i had to. well i manage to take one down and the other i guess just give up, but i took a good few hits, my ribs and face is like bruised up, and now my gf feels really bad about it, like it was her fault, how can i make her feel less guilty, and tell her that i dont care about a few hits in exchange for her safty? shes really sad and i that hurts more then any physical injury

YIKES! well, that sucks a lot! but you did the right thing. if i were her id prolly feel pretty sad too actually. just tell her that you care about her && that you would do anything for her. && you didnt want her to get hurt. just tell her what you feel && for her not to be sad. =) hope i helped!

Ok theres this guy i like. We hung out this one weekend with one of my friends and like 2 of his friends and he was there. Well the whole night he acted like..he liked me..he was directing everything towards me and all his friends think that he likes me. Well i go over to my friends house all the time..and we always invite him over to do something or just go out and do something and hes always.."gone somewhere". Either his mom wont let him or hes really gone. Well his friends always jokes around that he lieks me and i was wondering. Do you think he doesnt wanna hang out because of me?

lol, to answer your question... i dont think so. Maybe your jumping to conclusions? try asking him about it, maybe? maybe its because of your friend? something like that maybe? i dont know. but i do think you should talk to him, because maybe he has a good explanation. =) hope i helped. lol, well first of all im sure you have heard this before, but you dont need to do anything to get a guy to like you. just be yourself && flirt or whatever so he knows you like him. but seriously dont try to impress too much. i think some guys dont really like that. but you can just try to be more outgoing. oh && to hang out with him, just simply talk to him more, lol. well not much else to tell you. just flaunt what you've got && be yourself. =)

Im in love with this guy, and he always tells me he loves me. Well I just found out from a friend that he had feelings for a short time on another girl. He never knew that I knew, and he always told my friend it was just a short time, and he doesnt like her anymore, and he hates himself for thinking like that about another girl. Well its been a couple weeks since that happend, but I still cant help but feel hurt and to feel like he'll do it agian. ok well.. if he loves you && he regrets it && stuff... then it doesn\'t look like you have anything to worry about really. but i get what you mean. so what i would do if i were in your situation, i would just talk to him about it. tell him how you feel. let him know u realy love him && dont want to get hurt. make sure he really duz love you. oh && tell him you do know he liked her. just tell him exactly wat u feel. hope this all works out!

ok my girlfriend has a abusive dad. hes always drunk and beating her. yesturday when i was visiting my girl, he was beating her up, i just got really mad. i couldnt control my self and i pushed him away. and i guess he was drunk and i was really angry he would beat up katy like that, but i beat him up pretty bad. am i right?

i think that was fine.. he has no right to do that && good job for sticking up for her! =)
