i've been having discharge that is clear looks like KY Jelly but i havent used it in about 2 months. my questions are

1) could this be left over ky jelly from 2 months ago?

2)is it discharge? and if it is, is it normal?

There shouldn't be any remains left from 2 months ago. It sounds like normal disharge.
If there's a change in colour/thickness/you become itchy etc then you should see your doctor to rule out any infections. Other than that, don't worry.

I was just wondering what do you think would be an appropriate age to start dating?

I, personally feel 16 is a good age to start dating properly, as by this age, you've either learnt about/or learning the ins and outs and everything you need to know. Which also wouldn't involve being pressured into doing anything you wouldn't want to.
But it all really depends on how mature the person is. and whether their parents can trust them!

Don't jump to the conclusion of being bisexual/gay.
You could just be curious, which MANY teens go through, considering the amounts of hormones running through their bodies!
If you can see yourself in a RELATIONSHIP with another male, then you could be bi.
For now, I'd wait a while and see if the feelings for other males are still there. and if you still feel the same, then perhaps you are bi. Which there's nothing wrong with.
Take your time to really think who you are.

This question is a little hard to answer, as you haven't specified any ideas as to why your cousin has been ignoring you. Maybe something you've done/said.. Do you think your cousin has any reason to be jealous? There's also the fact you could be reading into this a little too deep. Are you certain you cousin is ignoring you?
I'm sorry, but there's not much I can do to offer. You should definitely talk to your cousin though. Ask why you haven't been talking as much. Don't worrry about it.. It's best to sort things out together. and then you will know if you've done anything wrong and be able to make it up to him/her.

It depends on your hair type. If it's dry and damaged, put it all over. If you are prone to greasy hair, avoid the roots. If you have dry, split ends, put it at the ends!
See which is for you.
I, personally have dry/damaged hair, so I put it all over. But not so much at the roots.

Not many females are perfect looking downstairs! and it's a common problem. Everyone's different and because you know it's there, it's making you self conscious. Don't worry about it. Or if it's really affecting your life etc, surgery can be done. But I feel that's a waste of time. Be happy and proud for what you have. :)

i have a myspace. and evertime i get pic. comments, comments, friend reguests, and messages, it dosnt say it under " my mail " i have to look and see if i have any. is there a way to fix it so i can see what i have under "my mail" ?

i hate my self because i have hairy arms.. i never wear t-shirts even if it is 90degrees because i just hate it.. i hate my body .. what do i do ????????

Everyone has hairy arms. Just some are more noticeable than others.
If you don't like the hairs on your arms, do something about it! You don't have to suffer.
There's many things you can do. From bleaching to waxing etc. Talk to your parents about it, or go down to a place which specifies in things like this in your area.
But because YOU know the hairs on your arms are there, doesn't mean everyone else does. Chances are they probably don't notice.
Don't let something like this get you down!
Never say you hate your body. Sure, some people have things they don't like about themselves, but who doesn't? Not one person is 100% happy with their body, but they learn to live with it and love it.
You need a confidence boost. Make the most of what you have. and if possible, treat yourself to new clothing/haircut etc to make you feel like a newer/different person. :)
