Sarcastic in a way intended to cut people down. Some people, like myself, are only kidding with their sarcasm, but if you're sarcastic and trying to be mean it's bitterly sarcastic. Sardonic is a word that means bitterly sarcastic.

Hey
Bitter sarcasm is basically where someone is really sarcastic.. (which isn't always a bad thing).. but says sarcastic things in a very mean and hurtful way

And if someone is calling you bitterly sarcastic.. don't worry about them...

Hope I helped!

Well there can be sarcasm in a funny and joking way, but then to be bitterly sarcastic would to be sarcastic in a rude or mean way. Like, "Oh yeah, you're hair's the GREATEST", when really they could be saying,"Your hair sucks." I hope I helped. <3

Well, bitter doesn't sound exactly.. promising! My guess is the sarcasm was harsh/unpleasant/acrid.. Just generally mean.
