i liked this *casey* like a month before school ended. and then when it did end i barely saw him or talked to him cuz he was on vacation alot. he would call me sometimes and would talk to him on the computer. i just couldnt like him that much anymore cuz i barely saw him. i found out like mayb a month ago he did like me but i dunno if it waz true or not. then i saw him last friday at the mall n we were talkin n all this stuff. i realized dat i still like him alot. i found out that he did still like me. this girl *danielle* likes casey too. basically shes obsessed wit him. i told her if he did ask me out i wuldnt b/c of how much she likes him. i realize now that was a big mistake and i told casey i liked him last night.. n now hes gonna ask me out and i really wanna say yes but i alredy told danielle i wuldnt.. wat shuld i do.. sorry so long

talk to *danielle* before you say yes, just be honest ~ a good friend would understand...if he doesn't like her then he's not going to ask her out neway, so she should be happy for you instead of making you both miserable

my mom won't let me get a thong...she's says im too young but she won't by one for me and i dun wanna get one behind her back...how do i convince her to let me have one?

remember the purpose of thongs: to prevent panty lines ~ is that honestly the reason you want one? ...you'll have plenty of thongs when your older tho so don't worry about it, plus there are plent of fun/cute/sexy panties that aren't thongs - i do understand that eeeeveryone wears them nowadays and if you just want to feel like the norm then maybe you can buy one and wear it once so that u can say "i've worn a thong" lol

Okay-- there is this kid.. who liked me for about a year now. Every time he's signing off. .he says *iloveyou* an if i dont say it back, he gets all pissed and says stuff liek "Wat you dont love me anymore" so then i feel like i have to. you shouldn't feel guilty for not liking somebody back - it's not your fault that he does this to himself, that is not the normal way for people to deal with disappointment (he needs help) try saying i luv ya or something a little less serious next time

i was at my friends house and her brother invited 2 friends over and they were being soo friggen annoying and the brother was annoying the sister in front of his friends...wat would you do?

her brother's obviously just trying to look cool in front of his friends (or even you) i know it isn't always easy to do, but if you ignore him and act like u could care less he'll probably end up like the dumb one or just leave the room

My mother treats me like I'm 5. I can't shop wherever i want to. She tries to hold my hand while crossing the street and at the mall. I needed new underwear and there were thongs and then granny underwear. She handed me the granny underwear!!! I told her I wasn't wearing them and then she was like, "Ok we're leaving here then." How can I tell her to back off a little bit??

i think you have to kind of realize that our parents grew up in a day where 12 year olds didn't walk around with thongs sticking out of their pants lol...give your mom a couple of years or else, she's probably just uncomfortable seeing her daughter grow into a "sexual being" oooor just go shopping with friends

My family came over my house for while because i haven't seen them in a while and i asked my mom if i could go see my friend and she said no so i went into my room and watched t.v. After they left she got mad at me and told me i couldn't go to my friends bday party....wat do i do to convince her i have to go..?

obviously apologize and tell her that you understand y you were wrong then try doing chores and explain why the party is important for you to go to (if u want to be cheesy tell her that it's not fair that your friend will suffer your absence because you were stupid) and tell her you already bought a gift haha

i think you need to be honest with everyone by letting "steve" kno you like him, maybe you're the good influence he needs to become a good guy! (and explain to "bob" that you've liked steve for a long time, before you even knew that he ("bob") liked you)

Recently, I broke up with my boyfriend because I was always thinking of someone else. I know it's a lame excuse for breaking up with someone, but, that's why I did it. Do you think it was wrong to do? Because..my ex still wants me back. Believe me, he's tried everything he possibly can. I just..I can't do it. sounds stalkerish...anyway, i think it was right of you to break up with him because you have to be honest with yourself and with him...as to the guy, i think you need to make it CLEAR to him that you don't want to get back together - don't flirt with him or make him feel comfortable with you physically. i don't know if you intend on being friends with him still, but explain to him that if he wants to keep you even as a friend then he has to stop

you can always use more than one color by painting different walls different colors or by painted designs on top of another color - my one word of advice is not to paint it too dark, especially if you don't have a lot of windows

ok i really feel like i have an awesome boyfriend! he doesnt drink very often, and he doesnt do drugs (like weed)... which is something pretty much every guy my age does around here! well about a month ago my sister had a graduation party and my boyfriend came... there was a lot of alcohol there so we drank a lot and both got pretty drunk (its ok my parents were here to regulate!).. well about a week ago i found out that at my party my cousin gave my boyfriend cocaine, not a lot..i guess he was out of it so my bf licked the bag clean or something? just a little powder.. i dunno i dont get it. but anyways, my boyfriend doesnt even smoke WEED! so it was really hard for me to accept... and when i asked him about it, he denied it & said he didnt remember! and other ppl at the party say they think he was pressured into it.. i kinda just let the whole thing go.... do u think theres something else i should do about it?

i think that if you let it go for a while then ask him about it in the future you may get a more honest answer out of him

What would you say is a good 'diet' type of deal to go on? One that might actually work and wont make me die cuz it aint healthy or w/e. And, what do you think would be a good exercise routine, as far as like things to do everyday and such. Any help, comments, w/e are appreciated. u can try not eating between meals, but i know that i personally don't have near enough willpower for that...i actually lost 11 pounds on weight watchers in 3 wks so that was fun while it lasted ~ there are actually a lot of foods out there that are fat free and stuff that taste good like baked doritos, 94% fat free popcorn, and 98% fat free ice cream...good luck

talk to him on the phone and stuff and then your parents will find out you're talking to a guy and they'll realize that you're getting interested in dating...if your parents are okay with you talking with the guy and spending time with him, then they'll probably start to assume that you guys like each other more than just friends ~ it's like slowly letting them kno so u don't have to tell them flat out

Hey, I REAALLLLYYYY need help! I'm 15/f and I've had the summer to decide between School activities OR dance company. I'm been doing jazz dance since I was 5. I did track last year and I loved it also. I really cant decide, and i have to figure it out QUICK because I have to sign up for something... these are the good and bad things I can think of for both of them:
DANCE: ive been doing it so long, I love it, performing company is AMAZING, they get to travel for competitions, it would take A LOT of dedication since i'm behind, theres no real garuntee I would get in (but theres a good chance), I would have to be dancing a minimum of 6 hours a week, even when I wanna quit id hafta put on a smile and deal
SCHOOL ACTIVITIES: i'd be doing track waterpolo eco club and dragon boat, id be getting really involved in school, lots of pics in yearbook, more chances for friends, ive never done waterpolo eco club OR dragon boat before so theres no garuntee i'd like it, i dont like my feet, I might not be good since I dont have any experience, when I did track I made a lot more friendships
I cant do both because there isnt enough time. My school also doesnt have a real dance team, it's like a drill type team and Im not into that.
PLEASE HELP ME! TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK I SHOULD DO! IF YOU HAVE ANY IMPUT ON POSITIVE AND NEGITIVE ASPECTS OF ONE THEN SAY IT!! I NEED HELP

if i were you, i would stick to the dancing - i know how you feel because i used to do gymnastics for many years, and when i got to high school i kind of wanted to try cheerleading and stuff but i could'nt since gymnastics takes up so much time. anyway, i couldn't part with gymnastics and later that year i tore my acl (knee injury) doing it, and it was horrible for me to have to stop ~ i missed the sport, my team, my coaches, and even just being able to call myself a gymnast and i think i would've missed it just as much if I had quit ~ so my question to you is do you think you would be able to live with not being able to call yourself a dancer?...on the other hand, would it be possible for you to take a year off of dance and go back to it if you wanted to?? maybe you should do eenie meenie minie mo and if you land on one and want to try playing again then you'll know your gut instinct...hmmm hope i helped, but i think i may've just confused you more sry :~/

I am 16, been on varsity football since my freshman year, im going to be a sophomore, im not really worried about having a girlfriend, sometimes i just wish i had one, do you girls like to get close with a guy before you date them, as in like a best friend relationship, or do you like to meet guys and find something new about him day in and day out....?? i dont no anymore lol

personally, i like to feel comfortable with someone first, but (to contradict myself) i've never been willing to go out with a guy who i'm good friends with so maybe it would be good to start things off by letting the girl know that you're interested but not pressuring her into anything too fast...also, i think u can learn something new about a person nomatter how long you've known them!

my doctor does check-ups on me, im a 13 female, and he's a male. he always checks my breasts for things so he knows nothings wrong--like for lumps or something .. none of my other friends have their doctor do this .. my doctor practically squeezes me, and he always unzips my pants and looks down them and feels around. like i said, none of my friend's doctor's do this, and some of them have the same doctor as me. what do you think is going on? is he doing this sexually, or just being a doctor?

i've heard of doctors checking on your chest and your pelvic area, but not to that extent...maybe you should see if the doctor acts differently if your mom is in the room...nomatter what though, you should feel comfortable with your doctor so maybe you should mention it to your mom and possibly switch doctors

ok i know this is in the wrong category but.. in about a week im going to the eye doctor... and im 99.9% sure im going to be getting contacts for the first time.. what i want to know is do contact hurt after so long wearing them or.. do they easily fall out somehow.. an stuff like that.. please help! thanx.. contacts aren't bad at all, but don't sleep with them if you aren't supposed to cuz i know people who got infections and stuff from that...and NEVER put it in inside out cuz it'll hurt like a mofo haha (u can tell it's inside out when there's a little rim around the outside)
