...the best... What would you say is a good 'diet' type of deal to go on? One that might actually work and wont make me die cuz it aint healthy or w/e. And, what do you think would be a good exercise routine, as far as like things to do everyday and such. Any help, comments, w/e are appreciated. Unless you have the 'get off your butt and computer and do something' comment, i didnt ask for smart remarks! :)

over this summer i have lost weight just by watchign what i eat nothing too bad and watching the amount of food you eat, thats a biggie. I also do pilates. Its a work out thats all the rage in california. you cant buy the dvds or tapes almost anywhere. its rele easy and if you liek something that you can feel the next day, this is it! and also dont freak out and starve your self.

well i dont no if u have a tredmill but if u do, go on that everyday. thats wut i do now.. and i dunno if u have like an exercise bike or somehting but if u do, try that also.. or u can take walks around the block or ride ur bike aroundd.. or it helps when u have a place walkable near u cus then u feel ur walking there ta get sumthing.. and while ur doing it, ur losing weight hehe.. also just eat better, not as much junk food if u eat alot.. thats my advice for u '_- ]
well personally dont do ne of that "loose weight in 3 weeks" shit czu that dont work jus start eatin fruits, cut off sodas if u drink them, walk or run jus which ever u perfer then do some light liftin like after a few weeks ]
Losing weight is best done with patience..its a long term process depending on how much you want to lose. I`d say this is a good eating plan
eat less..but dont starve. Cut back on carbs, etc. Eat fruits and veggies.
You can eat the burger without the bun..little things like that
A good excersize program is to find something YOU like.
Walking,running,jumproping,sports,biking,swimming,
maybe do sit ups in ur room or an excersize bike

u can try not eating between meals, but i know that i personally don't have near enough willpower for that...i actually lost 11 pounds on weight watchers in 3 wks so that was fun while it lasted ~ there are actually a lot of foods out there that are fat free and stuff that taste good like baked doritos, 94% fat free popcorn, and 98% fat free ice cream...good luck ]
There is this patch that u put on ur belly u can find out about it on the internet i will try looking up some info for u but i heard it works really good. But if u wanna do a normal diet then u should be active meaning go for walks go for jogs whatever is keeping u moving. And eat healthy like aplles oranges nothing thats has to much fat and nothing thats junk food. if u have a gym near u then maybe u could go to the gym that helps to. I hope i helped.
