-Anyways. I was thinking about going on an all protein diet. All I eat is meat.
Breakfast- Bacon [ the kind I buy is like 50 calories for 3 peices ]
Lunch - A few slices of Ham.
Dinner:
Monday- small hen.
Tuesday- baked chicken
Wednesday- steak
Thurday- baked fish.
Friday- ribs.
I'm 5'1...150 ilbs.
If I exercise for 30 minuetes everyday, Will I have a flat tummy by January?

A all protein diet isent good even if your going for gaining alot of muscle your still need other things like your fruits and vegtables. If protein isnt turned into muscle or in your case burned its going to turn into fat and I dont think 30 minutes a day is going to do it. My advice change your diet to fruit and a little bit of protein. And for your exercise you should run to burn it and for that flat tummy you want you need to work on abs thats the only way that you can get one. Download itunes when you get that done highlight all the songs you have on limewire and drag them to itunes library on the left and they should load onto your itunes then you sync your ipod. Hoped i helped

i recently started going out with this guy and i guess its easy for us to talk on the phone but when i ended up going to six flags with him and his friends. i was pretty shy and didn't say anything. but then i realized we really have nothing to talk about and then it got me thinking, why does he like me? because we really only talk about music.. i guess and im kind of a boring person. it got me wondering, does he only like me for my looks because not to be cocky but i get hit on alot and so my question is are guys only attracted to pretty girls?
It depends the age but most guys in there teens just go for looks. But there are some that like girls for whats on the inside. Nobody is boring your just shy just try to be the real you around him. Ok I don't know what you mean by scary but if its how you act like being outgoing just tone it down because its just going to make him even more shy around you then he already is. Does he know you like him? If he doesn't I don't suggest that you tell him around alot of people like school. A good place to go would be the movies or if he doesn't like that either; think of something he likes to do.

No i don't think you have to worry about him cheating again. Because the guys that will keep cheating won't be honest enough to till you that they did they will keep denying it even if you have proof that they did. I think you should give him a second and last chance.

Okay, here it goes. I am here because i have a huge problem with my ex boyfriend. me and him were having issuses before we broke up, and he made it seem like he wasn't really interested in me that much. he would say he loved me but then he would kind of hurt me. like walk past me with another girl "claiming he was looking for me" or he wouldn't call me when i asked, and then text me 3 HOURS later. just stuipd annoying things like that. and i would always see him and hear about him and this other girl. they are "bestfriends." it got me really mad so i broke it off with him. i told him it was only a break. i think he knows he can just have me back since i said it was a break so he doesn't have to work for me. i told him in order to get back with me he has to show me that he really cares. and he kind of has, kind of hasn't. like he will call sometimes, but honestly he hasn't proved much to me. we hung out last weekend and he told me that he wanted to go back out and he loved me, but it just seems like he wants the easy way out..or in the relationship. we are hanging out again, and i really want to go back out but im not sure if i will just have another repeat of him not caring, and have to go through this whole mess again. what do you think i should do (if you were in my position)?
Well I don't think that he has proven to you that he still loves you. Him saying that he loves you is losing its meaning if he isn't showing you that he still does. Tell him that he still hasn't proven to you that he still loves you as much as you love him. If he still does love you he will start showing it and you won't feel like you are taking a chance of this happening again. Hope i helped

okay so short and sweet: i liked guy, guy had girlfriend, i hear guy and girlfriend broke up and got back together on and off, guy flirts with me and i get the feeling he likes me, found out today that guy IS single, but also found out that he is on this type of medicine that gets him into a depression and can cause major mood swings (but i dont care..:)...okay so what do i do here?? i still really like him, like a lot...i know its horrible, but i just get these feelings that i havent felt with many people before....i told my friend to ask for his number for me because i never see him and she does....was that a good idea....((i am pretty sure they are over because he called her a whore and said that he was never gonna date that bi**h again....)) but still what should i do??
It would have been better for you to ask him yourself for his number but if you really don't see him at all then i guess its alright hopefully he realized that too. I'm not sure its such a good idea to tell him that you like him because of that medication he is on. If you 2 do end up dating he might hurt you on accident. If your willing to date someone that goes through major mood swings and you think that you could put up with it then do it. If he is going to get off that medication soon then i suggest that you just wait till then. What he said about his ex about never dating her again could have easily been caused by the medication so if they get back together again don't be surprised. Try to make plans so you could keep his mind of his ex. If he likes you then im sure he will speak up and tell you that he likes you but if you think that he does you say that he flirts with you then i think you should tell him instead of waiting on him to say something.

There's this guy, I have hung out with a couple times. We get along great and everything. I want to get to know him better maybe get into a relationship with him. And he invited me to go to the beach with him. I'm going but that's not the point.
Is it a sign that he likes/trusts me, if he confides in me about how his life is kinda going, like the shit with his ex-gf and family problems. He really opens up to me. Does that maybe mean that there maybe some potential in a relationship?

It depends if i could trust them. But most of the time i just have to take the chance. Him inviting you to the beach is another thing to me that says that he likes you. Good luck take it slow get to know him better before you let him know how you feel.

Latly ive been suffering from alot of body issues. The first thing you will probably tell me is to tell my parents, well I live with my mom and she doesnt care at all, she will just call me a hypocondriac and tell me im faking it. Trust me I would fake a illness that was severly hurting me.Ive never missed a day of school and I always go to school when im sick. Even when everything is plugged up and you cant here people talking to you.
So latly the issue is whenever I sit down or get up from relaxing, the minute I get up I have the worst headache and I want to pass out. My rib cage has been hurting like other. My knee always snaps not crack, snaps and its hurts so bad I dont want to move my knee. Right now im having trouble breathing like my air passage isnt wide. My back is also hurting to, like deep pressure points. Im really young, and fairly active, not over doing it and not under doing it. I have tried pleunty of sleep and fluids. I dont know what to do. I can take medicine cause we have nothing. Litterally nothing, or my mom keeps it all with her. Im at a loss here, I feel like im going to loss my life over a diesease I may be suffering from all because my mom doesnt care. What can I do?

Well if your mom doesn't listen to you i think next time you go to school you should go to the nurse. If something is wrong with you which it sounds like there is she will tell your mom to take you to see a doctor. Good luck getting better

Well if you still like him then i think that you should give him that second chance. If you don't your still going to have feelings for him because he still has feelings for you and is making them noticeable. Take that chance best of luck
There is this guy I thought was cute and He found out, but people told him that I liked him. I just thought he was cute! My friend told me that he likes sumone else. We talk very seldomly, but I see that he is always looking at me, and You know when someone is looking at you...and I'm a very paranoid person and I don't get why he looks at me. Hes the only person that calls me by my Korean name too. I really don't know.

So I'm in grade 10, and last year i met a girl who i didnt know even existed until we were seated together and as soon as i saw her i thought to myself she sure is pretty. but as she began to talk to me and i learned about practically her life i realized i really liked her, not because of her looks. We spent as much time as friends for 4months and i told her i liked her. she said she like me too. Now this is where it starts to go downhill. I never got around to asking her out because I didn't want to rush things and I didnt know how strict her parents were so i laid low for abit. But then after awhile we stopped talking. I don't know if she was avoiding me or if she wanted me to start a conversation because she used to start all the conversations but we stopped talking. The smart thing to do was to confront her but i couldnt, i felt mad but sad at the same time. Now in grade 10 we barely talk we exchange hello's and goodbyes, but i can't stand it. Just when she looks at me from across rooms it makes me feel like the old days when we liked each other, or when she gets really red when she does something embarassing infront of me. i want to ask her out but at the same time i dont want to kill what little we have now. It's driving me mad =S. sometimes we have long talks on msn about the old memories during the night but that doesnt cut it for me. She means so much to me and I don't think i'll ever get her back. You should try to be the good friends you use to be. Start the conversations during school and maybe not saying she doesn't still have them but her feelings for you could come back. I'm sure the reason why she stopped was because she didn't think you where going to ask her since you never got to it. This time don't let time pass you by if she tells you she likes you ask her out. Well lately he keeps trying to talk to me and stuff. Okay so there's this guy who I find incredibly annoying. I used to hate him, but I decided to lighten up. Since then, he was incredibly annoying. He IMs me the second I get online, and immediately invites me to a video chat, of which I don't want to join! He ALWAYS tries talking to me, and being that he's in almost all of my classes, he's always looking at me. I'm dying inside, I hate it, it's like he's obsessed with me. I would never date him! I started ignoring him whenever he talks to me. I don't answer him on IM. I don't want anything to do with him! If he likes me so much, why is he being SO annoying. On IM, he asked why I was ignoring him but I didn't answer. I need this kid OUT of my life. I've had the worst week because I already think I like someone else and he's just getting in the way. He's making me stressed out because he's always getting into my business. HELP!!!
