Is it better for me to condition (moisturize) my hair while it is wet or dry?
Do it after you you wash it with shampoo..Maybe leave it in for a little bit [5 minutes or so]..
My little sister uses this Queen Haleen stuff you can buy at Sally`s Beauty Supply && its like $$3.00 && leave it on overnight or a couple hours with a shower cap on && it does real good..

okay well theres this guy. well actually hes my ex. and i mean me and him were together for like a month and then i broke up with him.. but i had soo much going on then and thats why i broke up with him.. well now like everything reminds me of him.. and i cant seem to get over him.. i know i made tha mistake for breakin up with him, and i regret that every single day.. now every time i see him i want him bak.. but i dont know how he feels. and i dont even know if he has a grlfriend..
please help me i dont know what to do.. i want him bak but i know that i cant just tell him "oh i like u again" and i dont even see him that often now..

How about telling him you`d like to hang out sometime..?
Tell him you didn`t stop like him mention what was going on at the time && thats why you had to break up with him not that you wanted too or anything..
Even if he does have a girlfriend you guys can be friends ya know? then if something happens to his girlfriend you`ll be right be by his side as a friend && then maybe you guys can get back together but please don`t like ruin his relationship with his girlfriend [Thats if he has one]
You might want to find out if he has a girlfriend before actually trying to get back with him tho..

I realy realy need some help. My friend has been cutting herself, and i don't know what to do to help stop her. She did stop, when she was dating this guy, she said "he made me feel beautful". I suggest you mentioning this to her parents WITHOUT your friend knowing..Tell the parents you`d like for your friend not to know they know from you..
Maybe mention this to a counselor at school if you guys go the same school..&& they`ll tell her parents..

But also i noticed more in the suburbs guys wear Hollister,Abercrombie && clothing similar to that && also Polos..

If your talking about the vagina area then possibly no..Some like it shaved some don`t && some don`t care..
If you have like really hairy legs then i would hope you`d shave them but if you don`t think they need to be then don`t shave them..

It keeps from gettin bacteria in it..Its for hygenic reasons or maybe even religous reasons..
