Is it better for me to condition (moisturize) my hair while it is wet or dry?

Do it while its wet, in the shower.
While you are waiting for the conditioner to soak into your hair, or absorb, do something else like shave (supposing you are a girl) or wash your body with soap.

well i do it wet (while im in the shower)

and while its towel drying (the leave in stuff)

as far as i know you are never supose to do it while its dry. if you use the leave in stuff you are supose to do it while your hair is still wet or damp but when your out of the shower

i recommend doing both if you can

Do it after you you wash it with shampoo..Maybe leave it in for a little bit [5 minutes or so]..

My little sister uses this Queen Haleen stuff you can buy at Sally`s Beauty Supply && its like $$3.00 && leave it on overnight or a couple hours with a shower cap on && it does real good..
