ive tried everything! lol
i excersize, go to gyms..dance..swim..a bunch of stuff..n it hasnt seem to work.
does anyone know a good diets/excersize plans that can help?
We'll staRt out with the obvious: exeRcises. A few good activities that can simply assist in poRpoRtioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood ciRculation goin', such as jogging, jumping jacks, jumping Rope, and walking, and bicycle walking. Also, 'tis the season of wateR aeRobics, and they will woRk like a CHARM!!
And if you'd like to taRget youR tummie specifically, tRy doing a couple hundRed sit ups oR cRunches. I know, I know, I know.. 'a couple hundRed' is A LOT, but if you bReak it up into sessions, it's not that difficult, tRust me. I'm the Queen of lazy fuckeRs, so if I can do this, YOU can do this! :P
And to tone youR ass and thighs, do leg lifts. To do these, stand up stRaight, and slowly move youR leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwaRds. Like, say you'Re going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! Make sense???
To tone youR arms, take two dum bells [whicheveR weight woRks foR you.. even if 3 pounds]. Put one in each aRm, and stand up stRaight with youR feet shouldeR-width apaRt. BRing the dum bells up to youR chest with youR elbows folded out [like TaRzan pounding his chest-soRt of motion, ya know?] Then at a MEDIUM speed... extend youR aRms out to the side, and slowly bRing them back in. You can do two at a time to help balance the stRength build up and toning, oR do one at a time if it's easieR. THIS DOES CUH-RRRRAZZIIEEEEEEE AMOUNTS OF MIRCALE!!!!!!!!!! If you do it foR at least 20 minutes a day you'll see a GIGANTIC diffeRence in a week TOPS. I do them all the time; it's fun!!
Also, pRoviding you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bRead [substitute it with wheat], cake pRoducts, ice cReam, hambuRgeRs, and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR diffeRence the fiRst two weeks, ALONE. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell!
As you pRobably alReady know, it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL poRtions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two houRs lateR have a few cRakeRs, and an houR lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so foRth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that givs youR body time to digest it pRopeRly. You see how that's betteR than eating one oR two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not buRn the caloRies quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible, though you DO NOT need to lose that much!! It is still my opinion you aRe at peRfect weight as is!!

Awwwwwww!!!!! Just because you may watch some poRnogRaphy heRe and theRe does NOT make you woRthless; you REALLY shouldn't feel this way; theRe's no Reason to!! But if you want to stop, I can not change this, so the only thing I can suggest would be getting involved in otheR things. SpoRts? Babysitting? Full time job?? VolunteeR woRk? OR is it's an uncontRolable uRge, change the paRental settings to make those type of websites simply unaccessible.

If you've neveR done this befoRe, I always Recommend *AFTER* a showeR one night, hold a *WET* and *HOT* cloth oveR youR eyebRows foR about 2 minutes -- the showeR allows youR poRes to open up, Releasing haiR a bit easieR, and then the hot cloth will loosen them up moRe, say if you dRied youR haiR befoRe doing youR bRows, ya know? This still will moRe than likely huRt some, but not *NEARLY* as much as it would have had you *NOT* used the hot cloth. It's kind of a bummeR that theRe's kind of no way aRound the pain at the beginning, but you just have to tell youRself that "pain is beauty", and it will all be woRth it in the end. AfteR youR done plucking them, oR even while you'Re STILL plucking them, the aRea aRound it tuRns a deep puRple and swells -- which is completely fine, and should be *GONE* by moRning, say foR school. AfteR a couple times of plucking them.. let's say ten.. you will have damaged the neRve endings, and the pain will just go away.. to the point wheRe afteR 30 times oR so.. you will have no pain at all -- like me; and that is a good thing!! PeRsonally, I think it's *DEFINITELY* woRth it, but that's just *my* opinion. Also, it's extRemely impoRtant to have good tweezeRs!!
