When I did eat, I downsized the portions. I did about 300 crunches a day. Its not bad and you feel so good after. When youre eating, drink water with it. Water fills you up. If youre the type of person that finishes food even if you're too full, then this will help. If youre eating say a bowl of ice cream and you feel full but want to finish it, sprinkle some pepper on it, or pour some barbacue sauce in it. It will stop you from eating it. Try going for jogs early in the morning. A few miles a day, some crunches, less eating, and better food will go a long way even though its hard. I never thought I could lose weight but after a while I started seeing a difference. Im still losing weight and I feel a lot better about myself. Even though you may not see a big difference, other people will. I didnt think my stomach looked any smaller but then people started complimenting me on how much smaller I looked and it motivated me ever more. Just dont give up and I promise youll do great. Good luck, and I hope I helped.

And when you eat try eating healthy foods too. PLus drinking water rather than sugary beverages will make a big difference. [ x3babycakes144x3's advice column | Ask x3babycakes144x3 A Question ]

confusedbabii answered Sunday July 10 2005, 10:51 am: eating 3 or more servings of dairy a day helps you lose weight->try Dannon's Light & Fit Yogurt
cardio workouts (like running) work your whole body->try running around your neighborhood
give up soda->people who drink soda are heavier than people who don't drink soda
try to do lots of cardio workouts->instead of just running, do lots of dancing (just to music on the radio or cd's) and swimming
try the south beach diet->look for the foods made by Kraft in your local grocier...they will say South Beach Diet on them and they have healthy and good tasting foods
dancergirl678 answered Friday July 8 2005, 6:18 pm: ok well something that helps is to drink all water, other stuff like juices are good, but coke and all that makes it harder to excersize. one thing i use is an excersize ball. that thing helps out so much with getting abs *so does the ab roller...both are good for getting a nice stomach* another good thing would be to start running...run on the tredmil, or go play basketball or just run around the block, running is always good...sry i don't have many tips but i hope i helped a little! x3iLOVExoHiM answered Friday July 8 2005, 5:30 pm: I`ve been in your situation not to long ago.. just don`t take the path that i took with the whole thing. Drink lots of water and watch what you eat. Cut down on your meals. and get maybe a half an hour to an hour of exercise each day. that will help build your body and keep you healthy. Drink water with each meal, it will help to make your body fuller so you don`t eat as much. slowly your body will cut down on foods and you will be eating less than what you were before, which will also help you lose weight.

Mackenzie answered Friday July 8 2005, 2:38 pm: We'll staRt out with the obvious: exeRcises. A few good activities that can simply assist in poRpoRtioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood ciRculation goin', such as jogging, jumping jacks, jumping Rope, and walking, and bicycle walking. Also, 'tis the season of wateR aeRobics, and they will woRk like a CHARM!!
And if you'd like to taRget youR tummie specifically, tRy doing a couple hundRed sit ups oR cRunches. I know, I know, I know.. 'a couple hundRed' is A LOT, but if you bReak it up into sessions, it's not that difficult, tRust me. I'm the Queen of lazy fuckeRs, so if I can do this, YOU can do this! :P
And to tone youR ass and thighs, do leg lifts. To do these, stand up stRaight, and slowly move youR leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwaRds. Like, say you'Re going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! Make sense???
To tone youR arms, take two dum bells [whicheveR weight woRks foR you.. even if 3 pounds]. Put one in each aRm, and stand up stRaight with youR feet shouldeR-width apaRt. BRing the dum bells up to youR chest with youR elbows folded out [like TaRzan pounding his chest-soRt of motion, ya know?] Then at a MEDIUM speed... extend youR aRms out to the side, and slowly bRing them back in. You can do two at a time to help balance the stRength build up and toning, oR do one at a time if it's easieR. THIS DOES CUH-RRRRAZZIIEEEEEEE AMOUNTS OF MIRCALE!!!!!!!!!! If you do it foR at least 20 minutes a day you'll see a GIGANTIC diffeRence in a week TOPS. I do them all the time; it's fun!!
Also, pRoviding you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bRead [substitute it with wheat], cake pRoducts, ice cReam, hambuRgeRs, and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR diffeRence the fiRst two weeks, ALONE. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell!
As you pRobably alReady know, it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL poRtions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two houRs lateR have a few cRakeRs, and an houR lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so foRth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that givs youR body time to digest it pRopeRly. You see how that's betteR than eating one oR two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not buRn the caloRies quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible, though you DO NOT need to lose that much!! It is still my opinion you aRe at peRfect weight as is!!
