Q: this sounds really really silly..but i hate my boobs. they are huge, and it makes me feel out of shape. they`ve always bothered me, but just recently they`ve seemed a lot bigger than normal. does anybody know if theres an way to "decrease" the size of them? like does exercise work? or what you eat or w/e?

No nothing can decrease them unless you get breast reduction. Just don't wear padded bras or even padded shirts. Be happy about your body because for some girls it's really hard to grow boobs! :]

Q: whenever i run i get out of breath real easily so what can i do so i can run longer without getting so tired ?

That usuallly happens to me. Start paceing your self at first then pick up the speed more. Breathe in through your nose then out through your mouth and continue to do that. That usually helps me.

Hello again. Yes I do eat junk food but not a whole lot of it. You can make any sandwich you want. See, a sandwich will fill you up so you want continually be hungry and keep on going to the kitchen to eat more and more food. Is everything going ok so far? Just say to your mom, I think I should start wearing a bra... I started wearing a trainging bra when I was totally flat.. mainly to get used to the feeling. I usually talk about that stuff infront of my freinds, so maybe you can bring it up infront of your mom while your freinds are around... that makes me more comfortable. Oh yes you can. Like, sometimes people can get std's on their hands. Like let's say someone get's an std on their thigh. Then they touch their thigh with their hand. If anyone goes to hold that person's hand they can get it too. It's not sexual. So, yeah you can get it with out doing anything sexual.

Get it pretty wet. Like when you get out of the shower. Then take gel and rub it around in your hand then starting at the tips of your hair, grab it and make a fist with the hair in your hand and bring it to your part. You continue to do that. Try spraying it with hairspray to stay for the whole day. I actually use this Hilary Duff stuff.. a conditioning, shinying, and someother kind of spray and it workd great!

Q: Okay so i have a dance compititon this weekend and i have a couple things i was wondering because it's my first compitition.
(I'm a 13 year old girl if that helps)
okay so i'm on my period. is there anything i should do to keep from getting leaks but not show through the costume? one's like a skin tight spandex uni-tard! but i can't wear tampons
2nd i was wondering if anyone has any advice or things i can do to relive stress and get sleep the night before. becuase i lose sleep the night before!

Haha you came to the right person. I have been doing dance compititions for years now and I have been on my period while dancing. Just ware a pad or whatever you usually wear. If you are very nervous about leaking just use one for when it's heavy. Then you will be fine. I usually download my dance songs into my ipod and listen to it over and over to help me relax and make sure I have the dance down right. Listen to relaxing music, take a hot bath, read, or watch a movie. Any of these can help you fall asleep and relax. Compititions are SOOOOO much fun you are gonna have a ball! Best of luck

Q: My step father has been forcing me to have sex with him for a few years now. When I was 8-9 he brought home a porno tape and showed it to me. The only way to stop this is to tell someone. Tell your mom, you teachers, your guidance counselors, your friends,your friends mom. You need to tell someone soon because this can get a lot worse. Q: Im 13, female. And in the 7th grade.

it kind of seems like you guys are flirting.. witch usually leads to liking eachother. I play that game with guys sometimes to and that turns guys on. I would continue what yoy are doing and be irresistable and who knows maybe you will be his girlfreind!

To be totally honest, I don't really know if he lieks you or not. If I had to say one I think yes. If he says I love you, then maybe he thinks yod don't like him and he wants you to like him. I think you should ask him if he does really like you like you. If he says no then forget him. Move on and have fun with other guys. To me it sounds like he wants your attention. Wow. this same thing is happening with me. I told this guy who i liked i didn't want a boyfreind. Well now we hate eachother and I still maybe have feelings for him. Well, what I would do is try adn talk to him and settle things. Be your charming self. As for you best guy freind, tell him you really like him and you can't change how you feel. Just act natural and he will do most of the work. Be yourself and only grind if you want to. The main point is to have fun and if you suck then who cares just do it!

It still may be discharge. Discharge should be clear though... so if it continues to stay that color see a doctor. Or it could be urine.

Tell her she can get through it and that you are always here for her. Tell her she can tell you anything. Cry in private and don't be all omg I'm soooo sorry. Some people don't like to hear that! Bring her a teddy bear or something that shows that you care.

do not go to a tanning salon, or bed, or get a spray tan. You will turn out orange.. belive me I know. It's a total waste of your money then you have to deal with it. When you go outside, put on some Jergens. That works really well!
