fat hi. u seem like a really great advice columnist.
and i need help well actually a lot of help.
i want to lose weight because i gained like 5 pounds and my favorite pair of jeans dont fit. the problem is that i like eating too much. i go on eating binges, where i feel really hungry and like i cant stop eating and i dont feel full. but then eventually i do feel full and then i wish i hadnt
ate so much. how do i stop these eating binges?
i know if i dont stop im going to get really fat.
also how do you keep your weight in control?
becuase i see all these girls tht r skinny. and im like how do they do that???? im not fat. im like medium but i need to lose a few pounds.

Hello again. Yes I do eat junk food but not a whole lot of it. You can make any sandwich you want. See, a sandwich will fill you up so you want continually be hungry and keep on going to the kitchen to eat more and more food. Is everything going ok so far?
