You need to find out what foods are doing this to you. Wait two or three days [or until this pain goes away]. Then eat some milk and cereal. If the pain comes back, rest up a bit. Then try it another day. You see, you need to keep consuming the foods you SUSPECT to find out what it is that's making you so ill. If this continues, I strongly suggest seeking a medical opinion.
