How do you tell if shortening is good or bad before you use it?

You can either just smell it and if it has that weird funky smell, I wouldn't use it. Also check the color. If it has a weird color to it that doesn't look like the normal color, it could be too old. You could also check the box to see when it's good till. If it's passed the date on the box, don't use it.

Ok i want my lip peirced reallll bad on either the right or the left . I dont know bout the middle... its possible. But any way... i want to know if its safe or if any thing could happen. If you go to a clean place to get it done and the person knows what they're doing, you'll be fine. Before you even get it done, go around to some places that does pericings. Ask about the Lip pericings, just to get some information about it all. Look around the shop a bit to, you want the place to be clean, not dirty. Do your research and I'm sure everything will go good. And when you do get it periced make sure you clean it good, so you don't get any infections. But I'm sure when you get it done they will tell you everything you need to know. You'll be fine!

I'm 13 years old and I got pregnant. My friends think I'm ready to be a parent, but I haven't told my parents about it yet because they will scold me. Should I go for abortion? WIll it hurt? I think your friends don't know how hard it is to be a parent, if they are telling you that you're ready at the age of 13. It's actually a lot harder then it looks, especially when you're at such a young age. You know your parents have the right to know that you're pregnant, right? So really, I think the best thing to do would be to tell them the truth. They're your parents and no matter how dissapointed they might be in you, they will still love you, your their daughter. I'm sure they will be right by your side and will support whatever choice you make. I know it's hard since you are so young, but you need people that love you to be by your side and help you along. I'm not a big fan with abortions, I think they are totally wrong. And to get an abortion you need to be 4 months pregnant. So really, either way, your parents are going to notice at some point in time. I think the best thing to do would be to tell you parents and talk this over. You should either keep the baby, or give it up for adoption. But please don't get an abortion, that's just like murder. You're killing something that hasn't even had the chance to see the world yet.

ok so today my dad invoted me and my bro to go the the batting cages. I went for fun and plus i love baseball. SO i was doing awesome on hitting the baseball and everything but my dad never even payed attention to me. Then he was like why dont you try the softball. and i didnt want to but he made me anyways. But it serioucly screwed up my baseball hitting and i sucked at softball and he was encouraging me there. But like i said he never watched my hitting the baseballs... he was totally ignoreing it. Is he one of those dads that thinks girls cant do sertain sports? i mean i hate softball... but its like he doesnt give me a chance and theres no way im a girly girl... plz help!! sorry that its so long..

I think you should talk to him and tell him how you're feeling about this. Explain to him that by the way he acts you feel like he doesn't think you can do certain things, just because you're a girl. Tell him you were doing great at batting baseballs but he didn't get to see, since he wasn't paying attention. Then when it came to softball, he watched, but you sucked at it. I think you should go back to that baseball batting cage with your father, and show him just how good you are at baseball. Or you could always do a little baseball batting around your yard with your father.

Im looking for a dog, and i dont like small dogs. My mom however, if like pretty afraid of big dogs, a neat freak, and cant stand dominent dogs. I really wanted a Lab or a Pit bull, but my mom says that labs are way too active for her, and pitbulls of course were always out of the question. I also really like huskies. i was wondering, do you know if they are like hyperactive and likely to jump on you like labs? i have a large back yard, and a big house.

Huskies are beautiful dogs! My cousin has one and he's part wolf. He's a really nice dog, calm and great with people and kids. They're not really that hyperactive, but can be when they're in the mood and they wont jump all over you. I'd suggest a Huskie.

I know I'm not a guy, but I'm going to help you out with this question. Usually when a guy does that, he wants a handjob. Giving one is pretty simple. Okay, well you see, I was really good friends with this one guy. We go to different schools and only see each other occasionally. For a while we were boyfriend/girlfriend, but not offically. We would hold hands and then, one night he just held me, in that way. Then, I didn't see him for a while, and I have recently just seen him. I asked him if he still liked me, (because I knew he did( as in he did in the past)) and he said no. I don't know if I should do anything else, because I still like him, or if I just should let it be, because he initiated our "realtionship" and then he just ended it like that.

I think you should tell him how you're feeling about him one last time. Tell him that you think he's sweet, cute, fun to hangout with, etc. Ask him if you can go to the movies together sometime, just to see if a spark will light up for him. If he still doesn't having any feelings towards you in a more then friends way, try moving on and finding a new crush. Maybe he'll come around if you explain to him how you are feeling, but maybe he'll have his mind set on a no and just wants to keep it a friendship relationship. Do some talking to figure this out and see where it goes from there.

Okay :) First click on "Column Settings" under the "Welcome, -Your name-". Once you're on that, the first thing you do is choose the style you would like. The one I have on right now is "Your Space". Secondly, you can change all the colors on your column by scrolling down and setting up the colors in the blank spaces. You can find the color codes above where it says "..about how these work over here" (just click "over here".) Then all you did is take the code of the color you want, then put it into the blank spaces. Then press submit, go view your column and see if you are happy with the results. If you need anymore help, just drop one in the inbox! I'd be glad to explain some more to you.

You are under weight, but there's really nothing wrong with that. It might be something that runs in your family or you could have a high metabolism. But the average weight for you would probably be around 85-90.

Right after you're done shaving just put some lotion on. It'll help with the itchyness and the redness (if you get that.)

First, find the picture or background you would like. Then right click on the picture and go to "Properties". Once you do that you should see the URL of the picture, copy it. Go back to your column click on "Coulmn Settings" and paste the URL in the "Page Background Image (URL)" part.

You could talk about; music, friends, family, pets, things you like to do in your spare time, movies, memories, summer, winter, sports, t.v. Then you could do some favorites; nicknames, t.v. show, movies, kind of animal, sport. You could also ask him things to get to know him more on a personal level; if he has any brothers or sisters, any pets, where his dream vacation would be, where he wants to live when he gets older, when his brithday, whats his favorite month, etc.
