Just use any acne cream hun. If it works on your face, it's going to work everywhere.

First of all go to the store and buy a good quality loofah and a cleanser with salycilic acid.. The loofah will get rid of the dead skin clogging your pores. The salycilic acid will help break down the pimples. Also, keeping the area clean and dry will help.

My answer:
Try buying a loofah. They're fiberous spoungey things that you use to get rid of dead skin. The cause of pimples is usually dead skin, and bacteria. Wash often, exfoliate, and they should go away. I've never bothered with the creams, but they might work for you - It depends heavily upon your skin type.
