that is perfectly fine. I was 67 pounds when I was 4"9! now I am 5"1 and 80lbs, but the reason for my low weight is two things:
1. imma gymnast! very very high metabolism.
2. its in mah jeans! my mom is really skinny and im just like her.
and i even eat alot too, but it doesnt do anything. you said you do track, well thats probably a reason that ur so light. people who are active have higher metabolisms than people who aren't. as long as you're eating healthy I think you don't have a thing to worry about!
~*hope i helped!*~

Ok, go to this website and enter the info, and see what your bmi (body mass index) is and it will tell you if you are normal or not.

Mackenzie answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 12:04 am:
Honestly, it DOES seem a bit low. I would say "normal" weight for someone of your height would be between 90-105. Do you eat regularly? Do you eat until you are FULL? As long as you eat GOOD SIZE portions a few times a day, I don't see it as much of a problem. If you FEEL good, you LOOK good. :)

Yea, you are severly underweight. The bmi chart I'm looking at says an ideal weight for you would be beetween 80 lbs and 100 pounds.

Jeeves answered Tuesday July 12 2005, 11:38 pm:
I think you're okay actually. Most doctors wouldn't consider being naturally underweight a problem, only if it's caused by an eating disorder do they consider it one. I'd say make sure to eat vegetables, fruits and carbs. Stop when you feel full. Also enjoy the fact that you have a metabolism that's as amazing as yours is. Many people would kill a kitten to have what you have.

I've lifted bags of corn that are heavier than you.

On the bright side, theres no meat so woodland creatures have no incentive to kill you.

You are underweight. You might be naturally skinny. Still, eat lots of sweets and carbs, that will bulk you up. Or, die, then you don't have to worry. :]

MummuM answered Tuesday July 12 2005, 11:25 pm:
You are under weight, but there's really nothing wrong with that. It might be something that runs in your family or you could have a high metabolism. But the average weight for you would probably be around 85-90.

Wow, you're deffinately underweight!
Your BMI is 15.6 and normal is 18.5!
