i think im under weight by a lot. Im 4"7 1/2 and im only 67 pounds!! Is this under weight? What it normal weight for me?

that is perfectly fine. I was 67 pounds when I was 4"9! now I am 5"1 and 80lbs, but the reason for my low weight is two things:
1. imma gymnast! very very high metabolism.
2. its in mah jeans! my mom is really skinny and im just like her.
and i even eat alot too, but it doesnt do anything. you said you do track, well thats probably a reason that ur so light. people who are active have higher metabolisms than people who aren't. as long as you're eating healthy I think you don't have a thing to worry about!

Im looking for a dog, and i dont like small dogs. My mom however, if like pretty afraid of big dogs, a neat freak, and cant stand dominent dogs. I really wanted a Lab or a Pit bull, but my mom says that labs are way too active for her, and pitbulls of course were always out of the question. I also really like huskies. i was wondering, do you know if they are like hyperactive and likely to jump on you like labs? i have a large back yard, and a big house.

my friend's stepmom has a husky and he's the sweetest thing. he is not jumpy at all, but that's the only husky i know so others could be different. I think huskies are so pretty. you could also train him to not jump. sure, all puppies jump and sometimes bite or nibble, that's why you train them. dogs aren't just born good, you've gotta teach them.

There's a guy friend of mine that I like ... alot. Some people say he likes me but I know we're just friends. He has a girlfriend who's really nice but sometimes she rubs it in my face that they're dating even though she doesn't know I like him. Is there any way I could ever end up with him? How could I without getting her mad at me? Basically, what should I do?
if they break up i think it's safe for you to make your move on this guy. then his girlfriend couldn't say anything about it b/c they are over and he is fair game again. but don't come on to him too strong, remember he might still think of you as a friend and it might feel akward to him.

I am going out with someone that is a year younger than me and no one has really said anything to me about it yet but i have a feeling they will...i cannot stand when people continuously say crap to me about it...is it really wrong that hes a year younger?
no way! being a year older than a guy you're going out with is NOT a big deal. if you like each other you should stay together no matter what other ppl say. one time a freind of mine went out with a guy 2 years younger than her, now THAT is bad. I don't think theres anything wrong with your relationship with this guy.

ok i have a big jewish nose lol brown eyes light brown hair and a long face and not really an upper lip a tan and a slim bathing suit body. should i wear colored contacts what color. should i dye my hair blond. also what styles should i do my hair and clothes and makeup
if u do decide to go with color contacts i would stay in the hazel area b/c any other color would just look unatural. for clothes I love american eagle, or if you're more of a punk skater person pacsun is great.

I've read before that pink eyeshadow is not a good shade for your eye for some reason- is this true, and if so why?
it depends on the shade. light pink shadow is ok, but dark pink makes your eye look weird. if you have light skin i wouldn't wear pink shadow at all.

omg, i used to have the exact same problem. i would roll around in my bed for hours. i would try reading, watching tv, anything to make me tired. but here's some tricks that I use now. alot of this comes from the way you eat. try not to drink caffinated sodas after 4 o clock in the afternoon. it takes 3 hours for your body to burn the caffein. try drinking milk before bed. medical tests prove that milk has some soothing effects on people that cause them to sleep more soundly. another probable reason is excersize. if you sit around and watch tv all day, by the time you go to bed your body will be sick of doing nothing. try to work your legs a little during the day. I'm not saying start an extreme excersize schedule or anything, it just takes a little to make your body tired.

there are plenty of healthy foods that still taste great. to drink try Sobe Lean, they are great. they are made of real fruit juice and are very low in sugar and calories, as opposed to the regular Sobe. sandwiches can also be very healthy. Nature's Own brand has many varieties of healthy wheat and fiber bread. if you like white bread, but you know you should be eating wheat bread b/c it's healthier then try this new white wheat bread from Nature's own. all the nutrients of wheat bread with the white bread taste.

highlights are great! my hair is darkish blonde too. if you are new to the whole highlighting thing, I would get a slightly lighter shade of blonde and have the salon do streaks as opposed to dying your whole head bleach blonde. if you like how it looks you can go back and get more streaks woven in. but I wouldn't do anything too drastic for the first time.
