thank you for being so specific as to which diet you're going on. i'm going to assume that you mean the chocolate diet, so i suggest anything covered entirely in chocolate. or anything that has a chocolate filling, or anything composed entirely of chocolate. hope i helped!

there are plenty of healthy foods that still taste great. to drink try Sobe Lean, they are great. they are made of real fruit juice and are very low in sugar and calories, as opposed to the regular Sobe. sandwiches can also be very healthy. Nature's Own brand has many varieties of healthy wheat and fiber bread. if you like white bread, but you know you should be eating wheat bread b/c it's healthier then try this new white wheat bread from Nature's own. all the nutrients of wheat bread with the white bread taste.

i dont know if this going to help you out with your list but i have learned from experise that it DOESNT matter what you eat it is HOW much of it you eat. i mean you can eat fruits and vegtiables all day but some of those things have sugar, flower and a lot of sugar and flower is bad for you. hope this helps you out.

Well,
lettuce, so you can make a salad. Get whatever else you need for a salad. Also, a little snack can be a DELICIOUS, juicy apple. lol. You can also get that cereal with the G on it. That's the kind I get because it's good for you but it also helps you lose weight. Also, a tip on how to stay slim and healthy: Don't eat and eat and eat and then go to bed. You can eat and eat and eat and take a walk or exorcise but if you eat before going to sleep, none of those calories are burn and all that fat goes STRAIGHT to your hips or stomach and stays there until you burn them off. Exorcise a lot and stay healthy. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. You can still have meat and stuff but make sure you exorcise too. Best of luck!
Hope I helped!

Ignorance_Combatant answered Friday June 24 2005, 12:02 am:
- carrots
- apples
- low-fat lunch meat
- peanut butter (very healthy if you'll eat the nasty stuff - I hate it!)
- salads
- nuts
- milk, cheese, yogurt (lowfat if you want, but dairy products that are high in calcium are very good for dieting)
- wheat bread
- eggs
- mangos
- oranges
- bananas

Basically, if it's low in fat, low in calories, or high in vitamins/minerals/calcium then get it. And if it's junk food, stay away. Surprisingly enough, beef jerky (NOT Slim Jim but like Oh Boy Oberto stuff) is really good for you. (Very low in fat, got minerals and such and is tasty.)

Also remember, exercise is very important for a suscessful diet. I'm not on a "diet" per-say, but I eat healthy and I exercise. I ride my horse almost every day, and I "play" the Seven Natural Games with her every day. Before bed, I do 45 crunches, then 35 push-ups, then 30 more cruches. The same every morning when I get out of bed. It keeps my muscles strong. Also, I have to drag a waterhose about 130 yards every day, and it's kinda heavy. That's good for my muscles too. I ride my bike often, and I swim regurally now that it's summer. I would swim in my pond... but I've seen one too many snakes in there. (I swim in a pool... duh, but sometimes I want to swim in the pond.) It's a good idea to walk a good bit every day. I try to walk about two miles and jog a half mile every day. It's hard to jog at my house because of the rough terrain, but it's fun to play with my baby horse, and I can jog up and down the pasture fence line three times and it's a half mile. I walk on the trails every day unless it's storming. Even if you only walk ten minutes a day before every meal, you will notice a very significant improvement - that and eating healthy. Try not to graze on junk food, and drink water/milk/juice instead of cokes or tea. If you're old enough, stay away from alcoholic stuff - that's a serious calorie intake.

Be careful - don't do something silly like become anorexic or buliemic. It's not worth it. Trust me - I know. Stay strong by exercising. Don't go on a "fad diet," because if you do, you'll simply gain all the weight back very rapidly.

Diets are for people who are too lazy to work out.

Don't diet. It makes you paranoid you'll be checking the back of every box on thing.

well you need a little bit from every food group, if you really want to be healthy you need to have some of everything, stay away from really processed things like american cheese, stay away from unhealthy carbs, instead of white bread get wheat get lots of fruits and vegetables, eat a little bit of each food group but not a ton of it
i hope that helped
good luck!
