Start a diet not the "starvation diet" You should only eat 1500 calories a day. If you eat less than that many calories you will lose a pound. If you eat more than that many calories you will gain a pound. Its all about what you put in your mouth. Eat healthy stuff. Watch for the lable on stuff your eating of the calories so you can keep track of how much you ate. And for your hard work at the end of the week, splurge and eat empty calories, like ice cream or your favorite sweet.

This guy sounds really weird. I would just blow him off because he's playing head games with you. Tell him "If your your not gonna be real with me, don't show that you like me." I wouldn't worry...He could be like messing around with you. If you really like him, you could talk to him one on one and asking him why he's playing these "games" When you told him yes, were his friends there? He could have denied it cause he is a ashamed of you! You DO NOT want a guy like that. I hope I helped ;)

14/f I wasn't sure what category to put this under. I had this dream about this guy at school that I kind of like. I dreamt that I was pregnant with his baby and we were a couple. I'm only 14, but in my dream I was entirely happy about this. What does this dream mean?

um I would have to say it could mean you'd do anything for this guy. Such as get pregnant, but hey its just a dream it could mean nothing. lol

heloo0o i have a ques thats a lil embarasing but i hope i can get help...and quick!! **read this for details**---->(((((i have alot of pubes (ew), and not just in one spot you know, like, when i wear the typical V-shaped (iono whats theyre called hahah) unnnerwear they are as noticible as the hair on my head!!! they come out at least 2-3 inches past it, like on the edges and sidees hehe. and i hate it soooooooo much!! why you ask?! BECAUSE i cannot let other people c me in my undies!! and im always like hiding when i change in the locker room because ughh iono its not good. i know i should be discoraged or w.e but its awfull!! im only 14! also, during the summer UGGGhhhh i want to wear these cute bikini's and i just wanna b lyk everyone else but i cant!! man i nevr new that juss having hair can be so stressful!! well anywho back to my question)))))****whever i shave down there(even with special bikini stufff) i get SO red and bumpy, and not to mention BLOODY!! eek! and i tried removing by wax and it got even bloodier!! and i do delpilariyyes or w.e and they dun work. and anyting else//also it looks like my hair is still there even tho u cant c it! well plz help me i shouldnt hav made it SOo long but its the only way that i can say what its like!!!!!!!! help!!!

your skin must be really sensitive. I am not a spa person that removes hair. I am sure there are other ways to remove the hair without bleeding...hope I have helped :)

Well, Ive liked this guy named Wesley for a while, and hes not supper popular but I stil like him and stuff. So, my friends asked him if he liked me because I was too much of a chicken. So then he was like "i want her to tell me" so i did, and he still isnt telling me anything. i have pretty much felt like this my whole life...

i feel like whenever i do something people are watching me and talking shit about me or gunna laugh at me or something, i mean i realize that they dont really do that, they probably dont even notice me, but i dont like getting up in class to go sharpen my pencil cause im scared or embarresed or something that people will watch me and just stare at me the whole time or the teacher will yell at me for getting up...and today i was to embarresed or scared to go get ketchup and put it on my plate cause i was thinking that people might laugh and me and be like omg look at her shes using ketchup or something...i know it really weird..

i mean im not a shy person cause ill talk to a lot of people but its things like that..whats wrong with me?

It sounds like you are being a little insecure about yourself. And you shouldn't, people do stuff like that everyday. You are not an odd ball. Just act like you don't care when you get up to do whatever, everyone has an embarresing moment ;) if you have one, you are not the first.

This "friend" of yours is a competitive friend. Always out to compete with you. She wants to do all the things you do AND be better at them too. The best solution for this is confront her and she might take it offensively, and deny it but you need to show her that you care and tell her you want her to stop. I used to have a friend exactly like that. My friend, Kari and I were shoping at the mall and I found this really cute outfit for the party we were going to this weekend. I asked for her opinion and she said it was ugly. I show up to the party and she was WEARING IT! Ouch! So, just remember you are not the only one with this kind of problem. ;)

Okay ..i got a really bad grade on my spanish thingy .. i got an E and ive never gotten an E in my life. I know what your going through but I have that problem in algebra.(hate it) But in spanish I'm great, I speak it fluently. But you have to show the paper to your mom. Honesty is everything! :)

Well I have two "friends" and i known them my whole life, we even went to church togather but now it seems like there not my best friends any more because when they get around certin people they start acting like the other people but I stay the same and now we don't talk as much. But sometimes when my friend octavia is around me she starts to talk about my other friend ashely and when ashely comes around shes acts like she didn't say nothing her and when they get togather they leave me out what should I do?

OMG you are like living the same situation as me. Everything you just said happened to me. Well when I had my situation, there was really nothing I could do. I lived though it and made new friends. And just this year I realized friends come and go even though that saying says "Friends are forever" Its like changing your clothes. You could either not hang out with them as much and make new friends but still chat every once and a while with them OR you could not do anything about it and sit there being miserable being left out :( I'd choose the first one ;)
3 is a tricky number to work with when it comes to friends :(

This is gunna be long so be ready, but please help! im driving myself crazy not knowing what to do... ok, i've been going out with my boyfriend for a little over 3 months, and i like him alot, but our relationship is 'dying' and he doesn't know what he wants to do with it and i wanna know how to bring it back up again, i think that we should hang out more like we used to in the summer but then school started and we stopped hanging out, but it doesn't seem like he wants to hang out now. but hes so odd, cuz at times he wont even acknowledge my presense, then 20 minutes later he'll be all over me, and hes so protective of me... like there this one kid that keeps calling me and he's trying to get with me and my boyfriend hates that and wants this kid to stop, and i dont see why he would be so protective of me if he doesn't want to go out. and i know if we just hang out once outside of school then our relationship would be great again, cause then we could do wat we used to.

1) I think your boyfriend doesn't want to break up with you but he IS acting very strange of what you are telling me. He could possibly be using you when it comes to being all over you...I don't know...I'd check it out.

2) To bring your relationship back you could possibly try talking to him on whats up and why hes ignoring you. If it doesn't work and he refuses to talk or for whatever reason...say goodbye...you deserve someone way better than that

Ive been going out with my boyfriend for a week now, and I really like him a lot. Well...you can't ALWAYS believe everything you hear. But before you say anything make sure you know for sure that the rumors you are hearing are true or you might even lose him. So lay low on the situation and if you feel like his pressuring you into something that you don't want to do are not ready to do yet you can tell if he's using you. So just hold your tongue until whenever you need to stop.

I really think its worth try. I mean, I'm not all about making the first move type of girl but If I were you, yes. with conditioner yur hair will just get greasy from leaving it in. I remember I used to leave it in on accident cuz I was in a hurry to get out of the shower i didn't rinse it out all the way and it dried weird. Just stay away from gel and hair products with alcohol. Buy BioSilk oil for your hair. It will make it look shiny and not feel dried out. but note tht u only want to put a drop of it or yur hair will become an oil patch lol

Tomorrow is my 15th birthday. Im in a pagent and i dont think that my boyfriend is going to come to it. Also, he didnt come to my little party yesterday either. What do i do?
