My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

me and my cousin always hang out together! she's awesome lOl. but anyways she used to like this one guy and i thought he was cute. well she didnt exactly like him anymore she moved on..but she still thought the kid was hott! and my littler cousin (her brother) is like 13? and he talks to this kid. the kid is in 9th grade and my cuzin is also but im in 10th grade. well i was like OH MY GOSH that kid is really hott! i said that to my cousins. and then my 13 yr old cousin was talking to him on the computer and was like yeah my cousin likes you. and i was like NOO how can i like him? i dont even know him! and then he is like just kidding she just thinks your hott. and he is like who is she? and my cousin told him..but of course he doesnt know me since we go to different schools.. and the kid is like dont know her..never seen her..never heard of her. well this made me feel GREAT. even tho i knew he didnt know who i was. but then anyways this kid is like well next time that she sees me tell her to come up to me and tell her who she is. SO next time i see him what am i suppose to say? hi im the girl that thinks your hott. it will be soo embarassing! and im pretty shy.so that doesnt help. and then later that night my 13 year old cousin was still talking to him and was like yeah my sister (his sister my cousin)thinks your really hott and he is like man whats up with your family..first your cousin and now your sister? whats next your grandpa??! so then i felT SOOOO unblievebly stupid!! now i for sure dont wanna go up to him next time i see him..i will feel so stupid! but then again maybe he will think im cute or something? I DONT KNOW!! i mean i wanna hang out with him or something..or at least try and talk to him..let him know i exist!! but then i only see him at their schools hockey games..and there isnt any going on over break! and my cousin that goes to school with him is really shy too and wont ask to hang out with him..because she doesnt really talk to him either..and i dont wanna talk to him on AIM because im not good with talking on the computer..so please dont suggest that..but yeah so i cant throw a party or anything! ugh this is soo horrible and confusing :( you dont even know..this kid is the funniest..the cutest! and he doesnt even know i exist..all the girls are over him and i guess he is goin to this party that a girl is throwin from his schoool. what do you think i should do!?

You don't have to go up to him & talk to him but if would be a good idea. Before you just go up to him, you should talk to him. Talking on AIM isn't a bad idea. Everyone can be good at talking on the computer.. trust me. You should just get to know him so he gets to know you & your personality. Maybe you could send him your picture or something, but if you really want to hang out with him & start being friends with him, you will have to do something about that. Just talk to him! When you do see him, jus say heyy.. & start a conversation & then tell him that you're the girl that thinks he's hot. I don't think you should be remembered as the girl who thinks he's hot if you haven't even talked to him. He should know your name. That's just my opnion but you can do whatever you want to. okay i asked a question about being on advienators, people have been saying thing that i didnt find appropiat. Well...people answered the question i asked...they didnt answer it very nicly, most people called me bad things and it hurt my feelings but one person gave me really good advice about it, his name was dangernerd. he helped me relize this site is NOT for children i am 13 and i should be mature enough to handle it, so i am really sorry to anybody i affended, but i still dont know if i should stay on the site, because, now everybody hates me. i need help, what should i do? please i need answers. I'm not sure if I answered that specific question you asked but if you joined this site to help people with their problems and give them your advice then why are you going to quit because of a couple of ignorant people? If you love to help people out you would stay. I don't think everyone hates you but maybe they were just annoyed.

ok... this kid i know, lets call him "Rick". Rick and i have started to be pretty good friends this year. but then he started to copy me. he started to say stuff about me. but he like change his mind like every day. 1 day he hates me, the next he loves me. being his friend is stressful. what should i do?? should i not be his friend because he's always trying to be me?? help.
To tell you the truth, I think he's using you. If he truely wanted to be your friend he wouldn't be doing that crap to you. Friends don't do that and you shouldn't kiss his ass for it. He's being really immature & he should be glad that you are his friend. Before just saying I'm not going to be his friend, have you tried talking to him & telling him you're annoyed with it?? Sometimes when someone adores the person they will want to be just like them. Talk to him first & if he keeps saying stuff about you, you shouldn't be friends with someone like him.

ok well i just met this girl from a friend and ive talked to her alot on the computer but we are going to hang ouT! (as friends lol im not a lesbian or anything) but yeahhhh...its gonna be kinda weird at first since i mean i know her but i havent exactly hung out with her yet. and i think she is coming over here. but i dont know what to do! my house is boring. and i cant drive..and she cant drive and my dad cant drive..longggg story..and yeah i dont think my mom will wanna drive us anywhere..at least not far. so i dont know what to do!? i mean i wanna come off as a fun person so she doesnt think im boring! and i want her to have funn..but i really dont know what to do :(

What do you normally do when you have a friend over?? Just do the fun girl stuff. Watch a movie, talk about boys & how things are going. You will think of things to do as you go along. Everytime someone comes over I just do whatever. I mean I don't make plans ahead of time, but just have fun with whatever you're doing even if it's watching tv. Merry Christmas to you too.

Thats a difficult situation to be in but for now you just have to figure out what you want. You can't have them both even though you'd like that. Take your time. You're not in any hurry to pick one, but just think about what you like more about the other.

You don't have to wear it all time. You should be glad that he got you SOMETHING no matter what it is. I bet he shopped all by himself lol. Just accept it & wear it once or twice to show him that you appriciate it.

There is nothing wrong with you. Clothes are clothes, they don't make you the person that you are. I love love rock music, but I dress girly. Sometimes I'll just wear a t-shirt & jeans but that's just how I am & that's what makes me .. me. No one deserves to be called a poser because they like a lot of different things. People are immature & get jelous easily & they make stuff up. If you like black jeans with chains and a bright orange cocktail dress that's fine because that's YOUR style & that's who you are. Don't let other people call you names or shes such a poser because you're not.
okay well lately my face has been kinda dry..
but i put TONS of lotion on..and its still dry! but anways..i always have to put like bronzer or something on to even out my face. but then after i put it on it dont look good because my face is all peeling and dry afterwards. how do people make their face look so smooth!? well i also have like alot of pimples or mostly blackheads so that may be why my face is not so smooth..Ugh! i dont know what do you think i should do? i have to use the bronzer to even out my face and to make it look tanNer too!

I'll give you some things you can make to make it smooth. It may be odd, but it's good. :D
1. Mash bananas along with milk and then apply on your face. Wash it off 20 minutes later. This makes the skin smooth and supple.
2. Blend an egg white and honey well and then apply on the face. This makes your skin smooth and helps reduce wrinkles.
3. Mix oatmeal along with curds and tomato juice and apply on the face. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It lightens the skin.
4. Apply raw sliced potato on the face. Reduces blemishes and other scars.
5. Cucumber juice is an excellent astringent. Applying cucumber juice on the face tightens the pores. Wash it off after 15 minutes.
6. If you want to get rid of an un-natrual tan, applying turmeric powder along with limejuice removes the tan. Limejuice is a natural bleach.
7. Dried orange peels mixed with curds help reduce blemishes and scars. Wash it off after 15 minutes with cold water.
8. Honey makes the skin glow. It makes the skin soft and smooth. Helps reduce wrinkles.
9. Citrus face packs and sandalwood face packs are excellent for oily skin.
10. Rubbing ice cubes on the face tightens the pores and increases blood circulation.

Lately ive been feeling really..just plain ugly. i mean sometimes i look in the mirror and im like wow im kindA pretty. but then like sometimes its like i see something totally different. i feel really self-conscious about myself when i go to school games. like hockey and basketball games. i feel like when people look at me..their lookin at my flaws. i know most arent lookin at me because they think im [pretty] well i shouldnt assume but you know. i hate looking at the super gorgeous girls..it just makes me really jealous..but then again when i see other people im that that i look the way i am. i mean i cant take what i have for granite. but i dont know what can i do to make me less self-conscious. and less shy and more outgoing and not care what people think of me.

You can't have any confidence until you learn to love yourself for who you are and the things you have. You should feel lucky that you have what you do. So many girls think that other girls look better then them. I used to have a very low self-esteem but I didn't want to live my life every day saying.. ew what the hell is wrong with me? My hair is so ugly, ahh I'm breaking out & this and that. Once I wrote down all the things I wanted to change about me.. the list was very long. I put the list away and later on when I found it I read it over & I realized how selfish I was to myself. It may seem cheesy but I learned to except the fact that this is how I look like & I have to get used to it. I learned to belive that I look decent & it made my confidence so much better. I love who I am because I'm awesome! :D Lol anyways, first all you need is to tell yourself that you're gorgoeus. The most beautiful people in the world have flaws & things they want to change. I don't think there is one person that loves every single thing about them & no one is perfect. People who turn around and look at you must think you're pretty. You need happiness to be beautiful & just be happy!! Life is too short to think about how to make your self look perfect. You have soo much more to live & expirience. You will mature more, keep growing, meet new people, everything. Some girls are probablly even jelous of you. Everyone is jelous of someone even though they don't want to admit. First i wanna say im only 16 but as you may think im moving to fast and i shouldnt be worried so much about guys i grew up really fast and i have been through a lot so im very mature and i know what i want. So please dont tell me to just walk away because of my age thanks. Well i have been with my boyfriend since january 16th of 2005 so almost 1 yr. He is my first love and i do want to stay with him. He is 18 when i got with him he had got out of a 2 1/2 yr relationship which the girl was bad to him and he had a son with her she was only 16 and there baby was 4 months when i first met him. I am very close with his son he even calls me mom. I dont tell him to say that though. My boyfriends family all loves me and my family likes him alot to. At first things were to good to be true but then one day his cousin who is 16 tried doing sexuall things with me when we were at his house and my boyfriend had left to the store. I told his cousin to stop and he did but after wards i didnt know if i shoudl hide it or tell? Well i let a day go by but then the next day it all came out but not from me it came from someone else in the house who was there and i told but i never thought they would tell. His cousin said nothing happened and i told the truth but my boyfriend just kept crying and was so hurt so we broke up and i felt so bad even though i didnt do anything. After that i tried to be really nice and show him i care and we continued to stay friend and we talked everyday and we still were sexually active but we werent together. Well we were both kinda mean to each other because i wanted to be together and he said he didnt. I didnt understand why. Well he then started to go out every weekend and he would call me in the middle of the night. He treated me like i didnt matter. He would say he didnt know me to his friends but then he would take me around his family i was so confused? Still his babys mother had no idea about me and she was always begging to be with him and she was really mean to him to but i couldnt say or do anything because i didnt want him to be away from his son and i wanted to see him to so i said it didnt matter that she didnt know but really it hurt me. Well a little after july we got back together and things got better thank god and we became more nice and close and he stopped going out so much. But still the babys mother didnt know and i hated it so i kept telling him and he got mad well someone told her and it all came out she was mad because i was around her son and because she probley wanted to still be with him but when all this happened i found out he was slepping with her back in may which hurt me bad. He admited it to me and he did it 2 times but she had no idea about me. She then talked to me and things got better we got along but then she would see how close her son was to me and she didnt like it so now she is keeping the baby away from us and his family. My boyfriend sometimes brings up what happened with his cousin to throw it in my face. He dosent know how to ask for things nice or to let things go. He always wants to make me feel bad and make me think i didnt everything but i know i didnt. I try to tell him i love him and i want to get along so where should i start i dont know what to do because sometimes i want to give up and leave him but i dont want to leave his son and family and i love my boyfriend so much. You love him & he loves you so why would you just want to throw everything you guys had away? I don't think you would. I understand that sometimes things go bad and you just feel like you can't take it anymore. Trust me you can. I think that he's very confused right now. He doesn'm seem to know what he wants & what's right for him. It was very selfish of him to sleep with that girl behind your back. It's not her fault or anything, but I think it's very rude that she won't let you see her son. I know she is his mother & doesn't want anyone else to take that away from her, but there is nothing she can do about it if he loves you too. I think that the best thing for you & him to do is to take a little break. I mean still talk, but give each other some space. The more you see each other & talk about this, you'll fight & you won't get anything out of that. You guys will always love each other no matter what & it's normal for couples to argue but if you guys are meant to me together (which I think you are) everything will fall back in the right place. Talk to him & be friends. When you argue, ignore it. It's not worth for you to be upset. Visit his family & talk to that girl and let her know everything and that it's wrong if she won't let you see her son. It's not like you would take him away from her or anything & that you're there for her & the baby. His family still loves you and just because things between you & him might be a little shady right now doesn't mean you should push his family away because they still care about you.

Well this site is for advice. You can ask anything you want that you really need help on but there are some don't. Read the FAQ & it will explain a lot of things you need to know about.
You can ask any columnist a question or you can ask public questions. If it's a reasonable question and serious, you will get many responces. After someone answeres your question, you can rate that person 1-5. 1 being the worst & 5 being the best of course. Rating columnists is very helpful for them because it lets them know if they helped & if not they can imporve.
It's very good if you are able to make friends on here. Be nice to everyone & if you want to give advice make sure you give people your honest opinion and what you think is the best thing to do. People will defenetlly appriciate that very much.

well you know when your on an away messagE? and for some people it dims the screename because they have been away for awhile. and then it shows how long they have been away? how do you do that?! because i thought you went into preferences and checked 'show users how long ive been idle' but um it doesnt work! i went on a diff screename on a diff user and i was away for like an hour..and it didnt know!?
When you're at prefrences did you go to Notifications & check the box that says go idle?? Other then that, I don't know why it's not doing that. Are you on 1 or 2 screen names? It doesn't have to be an hour until you're idel, the time doesn't really matter but it should work or someone has touched the mouse, keyboard anything.

I don't really know what your question is & what you want advice on but you have to decide for yourself. Who do you like more & who would you rather be with?? You & Chad have been going out for only a week. Let him get comftrable with the relationship first & then you can decide if it's not working out. Give it some time. Talk to "Brian" & just get to know him more. Take your time & figure out who will make you happier & if you are willing to risk loosing Chad.
