My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I am trying to lose weight and I wanted to know how to speed up the process just a little bit.

Eat 3 small meals a day.
Cut out sugar & fat from your diet.
Veggies & fruit.
Drink LOTS of water - not just one bottle a day.
Exercise.

* It's not good to loose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. It results in extra loose skin.

You're 13 years old, you shouldn't be making out with a guy just because your friends call you prude. So what? If your friends opinion really matters that much to you, tell them to stop. Otherwise, don't do anything you're not ready to do just because of what people say. Wait until you find a guy you like.

& making out isn't hard and you can not mess up. Even if you have never kissed, it's one thing that comes naturally.

I have a boyfriend. He had a girlfriend before me.And he loved her since 7grade.. now his a freshman and they broke up 2months ago&&now his going out with me. But i don't know if he really loves me&&he is honest with me.

To be completely honest with you.. no, he does not "love" you. For one, you have only been dating for two months and his previous relationship is still on his mind. I don't know the guy so I can't say if he's over his ex-girlfriend or not, but when a couple breaks up after dating for a while - it's hard to get over the heartbreak. Give him time and see what he's really about.

I am 16 years old and Im in love with this girl but she broke my heart for some other guy. And she meant the world to me. I was so depressed when she left and im not over her. I cant go one day without thinking about her and i want her to come back to me but at the same time i want nothing to do with her... What should i do????

If she left you for another guy, then it's a waste of time waiting for her. Move on, no matter how long it takes. You're only 16, you have wayyyy more to experience.

The first thing any girl or guy notice is how much confidence a person has. If your confidence shows through and you don't hesitate speaking with her, she will see that. Even if she is with friends, just say hi and maybe start a conversation.

You're being very selfish right now. If you have three children, how dare you say you don't like them just because of your ex-husband? A guy does not make a woman and if you're THAT dependent on a man, then that is something you should probably change. Never shave any facial hair. It grows back a lot darker and thicker. Go to a salon and have them wax it, or you can buy your own waxing kit.

I just bought some lip plumber, foundation and waterproof mascara. What else should I buy that would enchance my beauty features??? Girls answer only!

Sephora and MAC are expensive and not everyone can actually afford to buy ALL of their make up from there. If you can, that's great. Start out with basic foundation and put powder over it to set the foundation and get a smooth look. Because spring is coming up, don't do a lot of bronzer.. not everyone knows how to apply it correctly. Try a pale pink blush of a peach color. It's very natural and enhances your cheekbones.

When applying eye make up, make sure you do eyeshadow before you apply mascara. Cover Girl has a great new set out that is for different eye colors. There is eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner that come together and it enhances your eye color. Give that a try!

You can't learn how to trust your boyfriend. You either do, or you don't. If he ever gave you a reason not to trust him then that would be reasonable. If you can't trust your boyfriend to be out with friends or even around different girls, then your relationship will never last.

im about to turn 14 years old and enter into high school. i want to enter high school as a "popular" person. but it seems that only really good looking people are popular. I have big eye lashes blonde medium size hair and a flawless face and I'm a cheerleader . but im short and people dont take me serious. and I guessed by being prettier than them I would be more liked. Looks have nothing to do with popularity, and you don't want to be popular for the wrong reason. When I went to high school, there were no "popular" people, but there were cliques. People who were friends with everyone, outgoing, friendly, were liked and respected by everyone. So, if you want to go to high school being popular, re-think that. The older you get, the more you will realize what is important and what isn't. You're only fourteen, so I understand why you think that way but if you're friendly with everyone, people will notice :)

Your appearance on the outside has nothing to do with the music you like or your interests. It's okay if you're different from your friends.

You're not supposed to give cats a bath, even if it get's "dirty". They hate water and they will go crazy. The best thing to do is take it to the groomer and they will take care of it.

You can't just convince your parents to move just because you want a bigger house. You're not the one paying for rent or the bills, so be thankful you have a house and a bed to sleep in :) Be a little more appreciative towards your parents.

Getting grants is a lot tougher than getting loans. You can talk to your financial advisor at your school and they can help you out. You can be eligible for a student loan, or your parents can be eligible for the parent plus loan. You can also apply for scholarships.
