You can't do that. Your parents might not be in a good financial state and can only afford a little house right now. It's certainly okay to tell them how you feel about where you live, but I doubt they will change their whole life around for you, especially if they can't afford too. Hang in there, everything will work out for the better. Good things come to those who wait.

You can't just convince your parents to move just because you want a bigger house. You're not the one paying for rent or the bills, so be thankful you have a house and a bed to sleep in :) Be a little more appreciative towards your parents.

Well ask yourself why do you want to move to a bigger house? And is that what my mother would want? Really it's up to her in the end, since she's the one who i assume pays the bills. Just ask her if she says no, then move on. But if your 18 then you can move out, if you think you can support yourself. i hope i helped. <3nikita
