I am twenty-one, soon to be twenty-two, and currently work in a loan servicing department. I truly enjoy my job, as well as college, in which I am reaching my last year to receive my degree. You wear them again when you see that it is time for your period (when you are bleeding), which is most generally one month from your last period. And always wear your pads while you are on your period, then once you're off, they is no need for you to wear them unless you are still getting discharge from just getting off, then a pantyliner (much thinner version of a pad) will help you out with that.
P.S. Do not be scared about your period, it is a normal part of a woman's life and be sure to talk to your mom or a trusted female adult -- I'm sure she would be glad to help you with any questions you have.

well damon is 18 and im only 14 which is against the law how i wish he was younger but my mom doesnt know about him and i hate keeping stuff from her because me and my mom are really cloes well anyways i really like him to me he is different. he is funny, sweet, and lovable, he will do anything for me but at the same time if any one finds out about us he will get locked up. he is pulling away because of that situation what should i do? let him go and move on or risk it ?

Well, he cannot get in trouble for simple loving you or dating you -- it's the sex that is illegal. If you two are not having sex then you should not have a problem, as long as both of your parents approve. If you think this guy is worth it, then have a talk with your parents, let him have a talk with his, and if both of your parents agree -- then you should have no problem. :)

My eyes get dry sometimes & i sometimes wear my contacts i was just wondering if i could use re wetting drops in my eyes while i'm wearing my contacts?

Well friend, you must think about which is better for you -- to be with the one you love, in a long distance relationship, or with the one you like that you can be with whenever you like (assuming so). If you can handle a long distance relationship and you really love this guy, and you are prepared to deal with the distance, then you should choose the one you love. However if a long distance relationship seems to much for you to bare, you should probaby choose the guy you like being with and you can be with him much more often.

Well i like this guy who is a year older then me and goes to my school and his locker is across from mine , so he smiles at me sometimes so i poked him him on facebook and then inboxed him after a few pokes and said you know, ill win this poke war ;) and then he said

Find things that you have in common at school and in life, in general. Common bonds are the perfect conversation topics. What does he play in high school, if anything? What does he enjoy doing in school or in his life? Find things you know he likes and you may like as well, those common bonds will really help you with your conversations. :)

I recommend walking, it really tones up your stomach (and the rest of your body). Crunches will also help tone your abs, as well.

Well. right now its March 9th and ive liked this guy since October. My friend started liking him 2 months ago ALOT. even though she doesnt even talk to him. I NEVER told her that i like him becuase i kinda wanted her to be happy. But now i regret it.. and i like him ALOT.. but i talk to him alot and she doesnt. I'm 100% sure that he doesnt like her. If you really think that a relationship could work with this guy, then you should talk to your friend and tell her that you really like this guy and you are much closer to him and that you really would like to date him, and hope that she understands. She should understand since you actually know this guy, and she doesn't really talk to him.

I have this friend who thinks she needs to go on a diet. I dont know what to do. should I go on a diet or should I workout? Im scared somepeople might think im fat or stupid if I show them my photos of me in belly button showers. Also, Im scared some people may not like me cause of the freckles next to my belly-button. Should I start putting skin toner on top of the freckles so people think its jus skin?

Absolutely not, my friend, embrace your beauty! You should not go on a diet, if you are eating fairly healthy foods, then you are doing great. I just try to eat semi-healthy and eat whatever I want in small portions and you can enjoy your food this way -- don't let anyone think you are fat or stupid because you are not.
Also, no need to show people pictures of your belly button unless you would like to or are in a swimsuit/outfit showing it -- it is none of their business and do not worry about what they think. Embrace your freckles, I know plenty of people who wish they had them and a lot of guys think they are adorable. SO keep them and your beauty -- don't hide it! :)

Hi im turing 16 soon and im a girl.okay so i have a guy bestfriend who i havent seen in awhile.Well we started to talk again and he was weirding me out and i told him his myspace pic is really creeping me out the very next day he changed it.Then i know for a fcat ppl comment his myspace but he only has my comments on his.hes says he dont remember me but then he said i missed you.is it possible he still likes me after all these years?

I'm 16 and 6 months ago my boyfriend and I decided to break up after a 1 year relationship. The problem was that he didn't make any effort to make time for me, whereas I would change my WHOLE schedule just to see him, and not once could he reciprocate.
Lately we've been running into each other parties, friend's places etc. and we'd always be the last two people awake, still talking and he'd bring 'us' up.
He's made it clear that he likes me and wants to get back together. I still like him too, and want to get back together but I'm not sure if it's worth it. He's not the type to change for someone and I really don't want to get hurt like a did before. And if we do get back together where do we go from there? (link)

My advice is to not get back together with your boyfriend as you already know that (unfortunately) he isn't the "type to change" and with him not giving you enough time before, he will most likely not give you much time now. I think you two would be much better off friends and you would save yourself some heartache if you stayed friends only -- or at least until you see that he will change.

I want to break up with my long distance relationship. There's no real reason..I honestly just don't feel like being in a relationship anymore. I live in the US, he in the Uk. I'm 19, he's 21. We've never met yet, been dating 8 months. He wants me to visit this summer.
I like him, but I don't love him. He LOVES me, he's actually obsessed. It freaks me out in a way. I tried breaking up with him earlier this week by using excuses about school, and he started crying for about 2 hours. So, I gave in. He told me he couldn't breathe, and that he'd come down here immediately and such. I don't WANT that, I'm scared if I break up with him that he'll show up at my door.
He's a very fragile guy, it took him 2 years to get over his ex, and he still talks about how he never thought he'd love again, blah blah, but then he found me. :/ I do like him, but I want to be free. I hate staying inside all day on the computer to talk to him, I want my life back. I know if I tell him this that he'll have some solution, like: you can go with your friends, or spend less time with me!
Basically, I don't want to be sucked in again. I want to break up with him, not lead him on with false hopes. Can you PLEASE tell me how to go about this? I've been struggling with it for about a month. I want to end it, cut all contact. But, what do I do when he starts crying? I'm not a heartless person, I don't know if I can just hang up on him. Well friend, from the way you are talking about this guy -- he is certainly not the most emotionally stable person, especially for someone you haven't met. I think it would be a great idea for you to break up with him because he seems to be controlling, by giving you guilt trips when you want to break up with him (like crying, acting as though he cannot breathe, etc.) and no good boyfriend would do that.
I definitely agree with you that you should take your life back and put yourself in control; not him. He's very sensitive, but he's going even further with the controlling, desperate/needy bit that he's pulling on you and I hate to see you going through this type of relationship -- so I am very proud of you that you realizing it's time to get your life back.
Here's what you need to do, it may be difficult, but I think it's important so you do not have to worry about the guilt trips: I wouldn't normally recommend a break-up by email, but considering the circumstances...You need to email him and tell him that you feel it would be best if you two broke up for various reasons and it would also be best if you two stopped contacting one another. To soften the blow, tell him that you do like him, but unfortunately, you do not share the same feelings as he does.
Second, you need to (after sending the email) block his email address so that he cannot email you back and the break-up will be final. Now, that will solve your break-up issue friend, however, my concern is that you say you are afraid he will "show up at your door" so I am assuming that he knows your address. This bothers me because as "fragile" as he seems to be, he may do this, so just be careful about answering your door and if you happen to see him in your town or near you -- you might consider a restraining order. It would be unfortunate, but if that does happen, it is essential.
Lastly, just incase he may have your phone number, you probably will want to block his number and/or change your number -- just to be safe and to totally cut contact.

Things will work out, just remember, cut all contact and just send the email then block the email -- that way, he cannot say anything to make you give in.
