I saw this dress, does anyone know where I can find/buy it at

Sorry I know you can't really tell what it looks like, but It's open in the back and has studs on the front.
I saw one similar at GoJane.com, but it's definitely not the same. If anyone knows where I can get please let me know.
Thanks

Please don't quote me on this one, but I do believe I saw a dress similar at Forever 21 -- however, I am not sure that it is the actual dress you are looking for. Good luck, friend. :)
