help! well i would like to know how to tighten op my tummy after having a baby?

I recommend walking, it really tones up your stomach (and the rest of your body). Crunches will also help tone your abs, as well. ]
You basically need to tone up and you can do that by doing crunches, push ups, sit ups and running and using weights. Good luck :) ]
