Q: Well, my boyfriend and me have been going out for 3 weeks. And all the sudden today he breaks up with me!

Well, it was his friend since he was too chicken to do it on his own. I didn't believe his friend, so I called his house, and he said he was "God D*mn serious" but my boyfriend was laughing in the background and they were all laughing. And he just said the other day how much he liked me.

I cried for about an hour after that. If he's joking, though, I'm going to kill him. It scared me so bad. And I'm so confused. They won't tell me why, either. They just keep confusing me more everytime I talk to his friend.

They won't let me talk to my boyfriend either. They just keep saying "SHUT UP! GOD! HE HATES YOU AND HE BROKE UP WITH YOU. GET OVER IT!" but they keep laughing!

Do you think they're just joking or he really is breaking up with me they just think it's funny? Help!

Well I think I just got a really bad Deja Vu. My ex broke up with me out of the clear blue after about 2-2 1/2 weeks. My best friend ended up telling me because he didn't want to for some reason. I wanted to think it was all a big truth or dare dare or something. But then I realized that he liked me too much for him to want to do soemthing that would hurt me like that. You may want it to all be a joke but maybe his friends are a bunch of losers and they enjoy your pain. Try to find a time when he isnt around his friends (i.e. in the hall, classes, at his house or w/e) and talk to him. See how he reacts and try to ask why. Good Luck!!

Q: ok me and my boyfriend broke-up tuesday from a 2 month relationship and I was starting to kinda get over it but then today he asked me back out and i said yeah..and I really like him a lot its just its alil weird..like we always said love ya when we got off the phone or when we signed off aim..but not we dont..I know its only the first day but I always thought you just took it from where it left off? if he just thinking something different? and well I just wanna know if thats normal or if thats a sign that he dont like me that much as before..? and if either what should I do bout it..thanks soo much Ox

Well, maybe he just thought that he didn't want to jump into things. He might have thought that the last time you guys went out things were going too fast for him and he couldn't keep up. But if you guys are realyl into each other (which it sounds like you are) then there will be plenty of time to get those things going again. Don't rush guys, trust me, they hate it. Good Luck!!

Alrighty. Well, just tell him that you would much rather be his friend because there is someone else in your life. It is not good at all to tell lies, cause he will find out and it will look suspicious if you and Chris are around each other all the time, right after you broke up with Matthew. He should understand, and if he apreciates you (even though it kinda sounds like he doesn't) he should be fine with it. But most likely he will ask questions. Just keep saying "I am sorry". You don't have to answer them cause Chris is none of his bussiness. Good Luck!!

Q: I used to have 2 best friends. Arina** nd Stacie** (** names have been changed) and I know 3 is a tricky number to work with when it comes to friends. So one night me and stacie were texting each other and shes like "i got a bf" and I say, "really, who?" "tyler" then I say, "wuts his last name?" "i dunno" then I say "and let me guess...u never met him before?" and she got all offended and called me a bitch when I was just kidding, cuz she went out with this guy tht lives in P.A and never met him before. So we stared fighting over the text messaging bickering back and forth. And we haven't been friends since June. And I don't think we ever will be again. But the sad part is my (favorite) other best friend, arina, turned against me for some reason and I think its because stacie is tellin her a bunch a trash about me. So me and Arina stopped talking to me and I really want to talk to her and ask her why shes mad at me. Its so painful it makes me cry. We were like the bestest friends. I was more close with arina than anyone. We shared such good times. I just don't know what to do cuz one day arina stared giving me the silent treatment without telling me why. So she just left me in the dark. I do not know how to solve my problem at all. Can you help me? I miss arina! :`(

Alrighty. Well this is all to typical for me. This is how almost every day of my life is except I am usually stuck in the middle. Try and get Arina and Stacie to meet up with you somewhere and try talking to them. See why they are mad at you and tell Stacie that you were just fooling around when you texted her and guessed that she had never meet him. Maybe Stacie was jealous of you (just a thought) and wanted you to think that she got a boyfriend so that she could brag about something. She might not have had one at all but made it up, and she might not have had an answer for your questions and she started to freak out cause you doubted her. (this is all a very very large guess but you never know) So just try talking to them and figure out whats up. Good Luck!!

Q: my ex-gf and i broke up a while ago and we both moved on with our lives. now every time i see her, i realize how much i wasn't over her. i'm pretty sure she doesn't like me as more than a friend, but she might(probably not). sometimes i really wish i could just tell her how i feel and win her back, but i don't think that would work. wut should i do?

Alrighty. Well, just try talking to her and act how you were before you two started going out. See if she enjoys it. If she does, do whatever you did last time to make her fall in love with you. She might be over you now, but you can always win her back. Or, you could always just get her alone and tell her that you still really like her and you are sorry for whatever you did wrong last time and that you want to try it again. See how she reacts. Q: Me and my b/f have been going out now for 3 months. And i haven't kissed him yet..not even a peck. Is there something wrong with me? He has tried once to make a move but i backed off. Does anyone have any advice on how to do it or anything??!!!

Alrighty. Don't worry about it. If he really loves you then he wont rush you into anything your not ready to do. Take your time and don't feel like you have to do anything. He should totally understand. Good Luck!!

Q: When I was about 14 or 15 yrs old.. I dated this kid.... I wont mention a name.. and then we had broken up because he was more expierenced then me and wanted someone who would have sex with him. Well after all this we still stayed friends.. Well then he moved to Florida with his dad for a while.. and then moved back here. and when he got back up here. He told me he had these feelings for me. and that he loved me and wanted to be with me forever. Well. I wasnt ready to be with him. I was unsure of my feelings for him and I told him i didnt know if i wanted to be with him after telling him i wanted to be. and we got in a huge fight and then about a month later I had talked to him and told him i really loved him and I wanted to work things out. but the only bad thing is. my parents really dislike him and they dont really have a reason to dislike him. I mean I'm 17 yrs old I should beable to date who i want. but they say not while i live in their house... What do I do? I really love this guy. :(

Alrighty. Well your parents are right. Until you are 18 years old they decide what you can and can't do. Unfortunately. If you are a good kid and usually listen to what your parents say then don't listen to what I am about to say. But if I were you I would go out with him and just not let your parents know. Tell your friends not to talk about it when your parents are around or when they come over your house. If your parents get suspicious of you hanging out with him so much then tell them that you are just really good friends and like to hang out with each other. Then when you turn 18 you can let them know (if you want) that you are going to be dating this guy soon. They can't stop you when you are 18!! Good Luck!!

Q: ok well about a week ago ii got braces and on my bottom lip inside i have like this sore from them and the dentist sed i would for a few days but it hurts REALLY bad wen my braces hit it or i smile and i dont know what to do help!!!!

Alrighty. Well I have been in your shoes too. When you got your braces the ortho should have given you a little package of wax. If not then you can go to your local drug store and buy some. Take a little piece and place it on your braces where it is rubbing against your gums. After a while your gums will become used to it and they will stop hurting so much. Good Luck!!

Q: I've had a huge crush on this guy for almost a year now. He know's I like him, but he tries to ignore it like most guys do. He's in with the "popular" croud, but he's still acts really sweet and out-going and doesn't care what other people think. He waves at me a lot, he stares at me a lot, he plays with my hair and asks me to do stuff with him (in school, i.e. be his partner), and he also talks with me a lot more then other people. And just little stuff like that.

I know that a lot of people say "If you like someone, you automatically think they like you back", but I really think he likes me. But that's just me, and my friends think it's stupid to talk about, so does anyone have any adivce? Does he like me? o_O;

Alrighty. Well it sounds to me as if he really likes you. If he does all these things often then maybe you shuld try doing them back and show him how much you like him. Then again, he might just be being nice to you and show you that it's ok that you like him but he doesn't like you back. But I personally think that he likes you. Q: Ok- I usually am the one giving out advice... but I am stumped on my own problem. Well here is what happened:

I used to have a best friend named Justine. We hit it off great from the start. After the first month we'd known eachother, we spent the night at each other's houses almost every weekend. We had only known eachother for a year when the inevitable happened- but we'd shared so much together. I had told her all of my deep dark secrets, and she had told me some of her own.
Well- this summer, I had been at my cousin Ashley's house- and we had been chatting with boys on AIM. I told Justine about it when I saw her- and for some reason, she FLIPPED. She wouldn't talk to me, and she ignored all my e-mails to her.
This year, I went back to middle school, and Justine had changed completely over the summer. She had all these cheerleader friends, and she was acting like she was better than everyone else. She even sits in front of me in my English class.
This is where the problem comes in. I don't want to be Justine's friend anymore- she is such a brat- but I do want her to act civil towards me (in English she is always sighing, like she hated being around me- and she tells people, when I can hear- that she hates me). What can I do to make her stop acting so immature???

Alrighty. It is good that you don't want to be her friend because she does sound like a very bad one. Try talking to her when she is alone and tell her that you just want her to be kind around you. You don't care if your not friends but you can't have her treating you this way. See how she responds to that. If she still doesn't change then try talking to your parents about it or a teacher. Q: I got poison oak really bad on my leg this year and it finally went away but it left a big white scar-its like a circle- on my ankle and like dots all over my feet (from where it was) and i don't know what to do! it looks really weird cuz im tan and then theres a whitish spot! is there any way to get rid of it? or will it ever go away?? ill rate!

Alrighty. Well this may sounds weird but you could always go out and get some cover up to put on it. It will make it look all tan and one color. Good Luck!!

Alrighty. Well maybe her boyfriend has plans that just came up and he couldn't get a hold of her. You never know why. I am sure it is not serious but if she is breaking down then it sounds like she is parraniod. She probably got that way because of some of the things her boyfriend does to make her think that he maybe breaking up with her. But tell her not to worry and that if he was gonna break up with her for anything she did wrong, he would have done it already. Good Luck!!

Q: my friend told me when you start to get abs you start to get a little 'box' or soemthing by ur belly button like a little pudge or something... can u tell me sum signs that running, sit ups, push ups, crunchies, lifting weights actually works!~

Alrighty. Well a sign that you are getting abs or any mucscle in your body, is when your stomach becomes firmer. You don't get those "boxes" right of that back. It takes a while. But when you are lying down, push down on your stomach and see if it is feeling any tighter. It may take a while but I am sure it will be worth it. Good Luck!!

Alrighty. Well, every girl is different. Most girls like to be treated like you would die for them. Try to flirt and throw in a little humor. That doesn't hurt much. Q: I apologize if this ends up being really long, but I thought I'd ask.

I've been friends with this girl, we'll call her Sabrina, since the 8th grade. We grew to be really close really fast and ended up going to the same high school. That's kind of a big deal since we live in Chicago and most kids separate after grade school.
Anyway, we remained best friends up until I had a tough time in early 2003 and ended up dropping out of school. We lost contact up until a couple of months ago. The fact that we didn't keep in touch is pretty much my fault. I apologized for it, she appears to have forgiven me and we started hanging out again.
Sabrina is 18 now and recently moved in with her boyfriend because she was unhappy living with her mom. Only, now that she lives with her boyfriend, he wants to maintain complete control of her life, including who she hangs out with.
He told her she wasn't allowed to hang out with me anymore and she's actually obliging him.

I don't know if I should just deal with it and talk to her whenever I can, or if I should just let her know we shouldn't be friends at all anymore or what! I'm pretty hurt. Any advice would be appreciated and I will rate everyone who responds. Thanks.

Alrighty. Well her boyfriend sounds like a jackass. She should probably realize that she shouldn't have a boyfriend that does that to her. If I was in your shoes, I would go up and talk to her boyfriend (after making sure Sabrina is okay with it). Tell him how you feel about him not allowing Sabrina to hang out with you. Also try to mention that you have been friends since 8th grade and obviously that's a really long time. If he doesn't change the way he is allowing Sabrina to live, talk to Sabrina and tell her that this guy is not a very good boyfriend to be controling her life like this. Alrighty. Well first of all don't rush things. Sometimes having one can be the worst experience of your life. Before you go out with someone, you want to make sure that you really know who he is. Do you like his personality enough? and stuff like that. You want to make sure he respects you for who you are and he doesn't want you to start dressing all sluty and crap like that. If you have guy friends then that's a really good start (espescially if they are single). Just go up and start talking to him and then start to flirt a little bit. Don't come on too strng or you may scare him away. Be yourself and everything will work out fine. Good Luck!!

Alrighty. Well, it sounds like this boy may have feelings for you, even if it is just a little. You are doing the right thing by slowly begining to flirt with him. Don't take things to fast or you might scare him away. Keep up with the flirting and he may fall more in love with you. Q: Ok, this is really wierd, but I had this freaky dream. So I was at this factory thing for a science class fild trip. And I was like, totally flirting with the son of the factory owner (hot). So when my class was done with the tour, we all sat on the floor in the lobby eating our lunch out of lunch boxes like 3rd graders. Off to the back of the lobby was an escalator, only one, going up. And there was this little stand that was selling candy and magazines so I decided to buy a resses big cup. Then, this is the wierd part, somebody behinds me started like grinding/lightly humping me. And I turn around and its the guy I've been flirting with. then he takes my hand and pulles me (not like forcing me, more like leading me)behind the escalator where no one can see us and startes making out with me. I LOVE it. Then my group has to leave and our hands kind of liger while I get pulled away, out the oor with my group. What does this strange dream mean? I'm single, so I don't know who it could be about. His face was kinda of fuzzy, you know how dreams are like that, but it definately wasn't somebody I knew. I have only had this dream once, but I want to have it agian. So whats it about?

Alrighty. Well, from the way you described this dream, it soudns as if you did truely enjoy it. When you dream, you have no control over what you dream about. I am not quite sure if you have had dreams like this in the past, but if you have and some of them may have come true, you may have a little bit of ESP and you can tell what may happen in the future. Q: I am sure that this question has been asked before but I'd like some answers pertaining to my exact situation. I ussually hate online advice forums, but thougth I'd give it a try before I critisize it. Ok, so enough, here's my problem.

My best friend is a girl. She (and I) are 15 years old. I've known her for about two years now. We have been through so much together and help eachother out in so many ways that I see our friendship permanent unless I personally screw it up. When we first met, I immediatly liked her and wanted to date her. When I found out she felt the same way, I planned on asking her out. But some stupid girl found out that she liked me and proclaimed it to the school and also wrote a letter from me (which I didn't write) to her asking her out. Then this menace of a girl embarrased her in front of the entire cafeteria by starting a chant of "ask her out (then my name)". After that, we just became friends and never really brought it up again. It's been two years since then and we have both had at least one boyfriend or girlfriend. I am starting to really like her and it haints me that we never even gave it a shot. But I am not sure if she likes me more than a best friend or if she would agree to go out with me. She is the only person I trust and I can't give her up as a friend, which is why I haven't risked our friendship by asking her out. So, where do I go? What do I do? What do I tell her? What will she say? If she refuses to go out with me, will our friendship be awkward and ruined?

Alrighty. Well, me and my boyfriend have been friends for a while and when I started to have a crush on him he found out. Shortly after, he asked me out.
