Today I did crunches and it really hurt my neck. I think that is a sign that I did it wrong...or is that normal? I've recently started working out, like really recently (this was only my 7th time) and I was wondering is it because I'm getting used to it now, is it because I'm doing it wrong or something? Well, when I first started working out and doing crunches, my neck hurt a lot, too! But once you start doing crunches more regularly, your body adjusts and your neck doesn't hurt anymore. It's really hard to explain! Try using your ABS more and not straining your NECK.

Try singing! Even if you aren't good, singing takes your mind off of more stuff than you can imagine. =)
Also, chew gum. You won't be able to eat food if you have gum in your mouth...
Try to get your family involved in your situation! Make sure that they know you are trying to cut-back on eating, and when they see you reaching for those cookies in the back of the cupboard to stop you!

Hmm...Listen to your iPod or Mp3 player if you own one! Also, bring a magazine or book that you could read once you're done with your work. Maybe get ahead on homework that's due later in the week or study for an upcoming test.
Also, if you have a cell-phone, text your boyfriend or one of your friends!

well see i like this guy, and he has a girlfriend... but we have all our classes together and none w/his girlfriend. so he's always flirting with me and saying "i love you" but were just really good friends and i think he likes me too, and my friends think so too... so i'm confused. he always wants hugs from me, and he'll say "you don't love me anymore..." and i'll say, "how do you know?" so this one time he said "well i know for a fact, that if i asked you out right now you'd say no" so i never thought he was saying i love you like that... so, does he like me? sorry so long and confusing

Ok, I think you need to steer-clear of this guy for the time being, considering he has a girlfriend! How would you like it if the two of you were going out and he was wanting hugs from other girls and telling them that he loved them?! Confront him and say that you can't be with him until he is single.

I believe that price doesn't matter at all! I can almost guarantee that your girlfriend will love being close with you on her birthday a million times more than any gift(s) that you could buy her...Even though we do love getting them! =) She will never know how much you spent on her unless you tell her.

My boyfriend and I live in different states. I went to visit him and started my period (spotting) and we had unprotected sex. I had my period for the next day and a half. We had a lot of unprotected sex during this time. Then my period just stoped a day latter (day 3 of my cycle). Could be that because I got pregnant? (link)

Your period stopping could be a result of you and your boyfriend having unprotected sex, but also, a lot of girls' periods are irregular for many years, so it could just be your body acting funky.
I'd get a pregnancy test, just in case!

Just make sure that you get plenty of sleep tonight, and warm-up enough tomorrow. Other than that, you should feel pretty prepared with all of your tricks and stuff.

Conair Ceramic Professional Straightener - I saw it at Walgreens! =) I'm not sure where "Santa" actually got it though. They seriously sell it anywhere! And I can't believe that all my friends have it, too!

I was wondering what straighteners are good to use? like not get it chemically straightened but with a flat iron. ive been looking for a good one but i cant find one. what is the name and where can i find one? also is there anything to put in my hair like after a shower or somthing that would make it straighten better? thanks

I have a Conair Ceramic Professional Hair Straightener. It has 25 heat settings! =) If you can't get that exact one, then just make sure you get a straightener that has ceramic plates - those are the best.
Mine cost between $15-25.00 =)
Try using a shampoo and conditioner that straightener your hair - Pantene Pro-V Smooth and Sleek - Works really well =)
Make sure that your hair is fully dry before you straighten it!

I know this doesnt go along with the category but get the hell over it and deal....For christmas i got a digital camera and a printer to go with it...however the camera is Fujifilm and the printer is Cannon.....my dad already followed the instuctions and all and we cant seem to get it to work..if anybody can help i'll greatly appreciate it. Anyways, I'm not sure what's going wrong with you and your camera and printer. It's probably because the brands don't match. But, if you guys read the directions perfectly, then I think you should call the companies or, sadly, return them.

I'm really not to sure that you should bleach your hair. Bleaching it can really damage your hair - So stick with a really light blonde shade when dying it. There's a million hair dying kits that you can get that will probably turn out just like Paris's =)
