did it come together? when i was shopping for a cam, i saw printers and the sales clerks told me that they printer has to match the digital camera, in order for it to work. i'd say just take it back to the store and exchange it. asks the sales associates for advice on which to buy.

I got a digital camera and printer for Christmas, too! =)

Anyways, I'm not sure what's going wrong with you and your camera and printer. It's probably because the brands don't match. But, if you guys read the directions perfectly, then I think you should call the companies or, sadly, return them.

i think you need to get a Fujifilm printer too for it to work. They probably need to be the same brands

Well in order for the printer to work you have to make sure that its tha same brand so you would have to get a cannon camera too. If not do it the other way. Unless someone tells you different. Or it could be that your outlets arent working.

I think you need the same brand of printer as your Fujifilm camera because I don't think they go together like they aren't compatable. Why don't you take the printer back to the store and ask if you need the same brand of printer as your camera. Hope I helped :)

my brother probably has the same exact printer as you do. He has a canon camera as well, but there was an entire section in the instruction manual in regards to non-canon cameras and his printer. If all else fails, get a Fujifilm printer.

Hmm I don't know. Well I have a kodak digital camera and a kodak printer so mine works together. Maybe try a fujifilm printer if there is one cause Im not sure, but that might be a reason. Where did you get it from? Ask the store about it. Good Luck! ~Calie~
