ok so im 100 lbs and in the 8th grade, and i want to be smaller. i used to be the thinnest of all... then i gained. i want to be the SMALLEST of everyone i know, and i know i can do it b/c i have before. i really want to become anorexic, PLEASE, ive heard all about how it screws you up and stuff, but i want ways to BECOME anorexic, not people telling me the dangers i already know all that. if youve been anorexic before, please tell me how you did it, b/c i want to be! i havent eaten all day and when i do, i just throw it up. i dont seem to be seeing much of a difference, so please tell me how to be anorexic.
Why do you want to be anorexic? Why do you want to be the thinnest of everyone you know? What feeling will that give you--will you feel special? Do you want attention?
There are healthy ways to get all these things. Starving yourself is not healthy, and it will not solve any of your problems or make you happy. It just won't.
You need to ask yourself why you want this. The question isn't how to develop an eating disorder, because that's self-explanatory. The question is why you want to.
I'm not going to tell you that you disgust me, because you don't. I'm concerned about you. Anyone who has these feelings isn't okay. They deserve better. You deserve better.
Find a way to improve your life, not make it worse. You can be healthy and happy, or you can have an eating disorder, but not both. Choose health. Please.

I was anorexic for about 2 months, And it was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I was constantly hungry and weak. PLus my parents were getting suspicious.
So i stopped. And now im Bulimic. I feel it is much easier to do then be anorexic. It is less noticeable. And you are eating.... your just throwing it up later. If i was you i would stick to just being bulimic, not anorexic. Everybody always talks about Bulimia being more dangerous to you. Eroding your thraot. Blah Blah Blah. Yeah thats why they make doctors and medicine.

Whether she is or not, she's undeniably stick-skinny. And let me tell you, she looks disgusting. It looks like if you were to sneeze on her, she'd fall over.
Aside from that, everyone whispers behind her back about 'the anorexic loser'. People won't like yo better because you're anorexic. They'll like you less and talk about you all the time.
Plus, guys really like girls with "a little bit of meat on them", as they say. It's a huge turn-off to be so skinny.

Anorexia also fails, it gets you skinny but not the beautiful type of skinny. It gets you bloated.
Anyways, you sound pretty desperate, so here is some real help. I'll tell you abotu the girls I've known and what they did to starve themselves. Please read this, especially the end. Don't think I'm trying to tell you not to starve yourself, because i'll mention a few secrets to starving yourself to in the true stories i'll tell you, so read carefully.
I've met a lot of girls wiht eating disorders, most of them I didn't know very well and couldn't care less about. I just hoped they didn't have kids so their genes wouldn't plague the gene pool of future generations.
One that I did care about was bulimic and anorexic. She was also in the 8th grade, just like you, when it happened. She wouldn't eat. When she did eat, she would go gag herself. If she ate a resturant, she would excuse herself to the bathroom and gag herself in there. She lost 50 pounds over a summer. No one thought she was beautiful, they all thought she was a freak, too horrendously skinny to the point where her self proclaimed beauty was just hideous in everyone elses eyes. Anyways, one day, she didn't ahve the energy to stand up at school. THey took a wheelchair and wheeled her out. They sent her to a hospital where she was fed through a tube(I heard it's fun). She went to therapy and rehab. She's made a complete recovery over 1 year. She's thankful she recovered, she called her eating disorder a living hell. She never attained the thiness she wanted because when you have an eating disorder, you're never too thin, even when you're 2 hours away from death.
Another girl I knew was anorexic as well as bulimic. She was eventually forced to go to rehab to check up on her weight. She would cheat the system by drinking half a gallon of water before getting weighed so she would gain water weight(which you lose quickly as you piss it out). She was very thin. On graduation day, when she walked to the podium, every fucking voice in the crowd whispered to one another about how horrendous she looked. Since she tried to lose weight by not eating, her body did the only natural thing it does when it doens't get enough nutrients.
1. Hair thins
2. Arm hair starts developing
3. Skin pales
4. Body bruises easier, looks like an abused child
5. belly protrudes outwards after drinking
Number 5 might strike you as odd, but when you're anorexic and you drink water, your belly will protrude out like a pregnant lady. It's not pretty.
Anyways, that girl got treatment over the summer and she eventually got better.
What did those two girls have in common though? They were fucked up insecure little bitches. One of them was raped and she was very self conscious. Another one had problems of some type at home. Emotional problems led to them venting out their frustration at life through eatnig disorders. They felt that if they were thin, all their problems would go away. The problem with anorexia is that even when you do become extremely, thin, you don't think you are thin enough and constantly want to lose weight. This happens up until the point you get help, or die. The fatality rate is very high for anorexia by the way. I believe it's the number 1 killers of teenage girls.
Anyways, if you still want to be "anorxic" here's my advice. First, develop some more insecurities about yourself so you're actually willing to not eat. Go get raped by a big black man or something. ALthough based on your question, you already have some problems, most likely at home.
if starving yourself is too hard, you can alawys maintain a normal diet and do speed or coke instead. Doing speed and coke allows you to eat as much food as you want and you'll still lose weight. It's also probably healthier to be strung out on coke all the time and eat then to not be strung out and not eat.
Or, you could always seek therapy. Try to find out what's wrong with you and why you want ot be skinny so badly and fix it. You'll end up a lot happier this way in the long run. I can guarantee it.

I was anorexic for about four months before I realized I needed help. It was the worst hell I've ever put myself through.
I was 128 pounds. I'm 5'4", so that's really only 8 pounds off from my ideal weight. I was so desperate to lose it, though, that I would skip meals and eventually only ate when I felt like I was about to collapse. I drank a lot of water, though. I used to go days without eating, by accident, and then when I tried to eat something, I felt unbearably sick.
You know what results I saw?
None.
Absolutely none, except for the fact that I felt sick constantly, couldn't sleep, was depressed (yes, malnutrition can cause depression) and even felt bloated a great deal of the time. Not only that, but it made me hate myself even more than I had to begin with.
If you don't eat at least 1000 calories a day, your body goes into starvation mode, where it tries to store anything you put into it, and slows your metabolism. People who are anorexic usually wind up gaining a ton of weight because they can't speed up their metabolism.
If you really want to be small, what you want to do is realize that food is fuel, NOT YOUR ENEMY.
Eat something small every three hours. It speeds up your metabolism so you absorb good foods faster and use the nutrients better.
If you're to the point I was, where eating makes you sick, start by drinking diluted juice, then move to undiluted, then move to like crackers, and things that are easy on the stomach.
Aim for 1000 calories a day at least (eventually), but make it good calories, like fruits and veggies, as opposed to junk food that's high in calories and fat content.
I used to be about 138 pounds, I'm now 125, but I have a lot of muscle (which weighs more than fat). So I look like I'm about 120. I usually get about 1500 calories a day, which is LOW. Most people need at least 2000, and even more if you exercise.
Honestly though, if you don't have a tiny bone structure, you're not gonna be tiny. If you lose weight to the point that you look like a skeleton, you will not be attractive.
You might like it, but trust me, skeletal doesn't look good on anyone. I was underweight for awhile when I was in 9th grade, and I look at pictures of myself and shake my head.
Starting at 5 feet tall, you're supposed to weigh about 100. For every inch over 5 feet, you add five pounds and find your ideal weight.
PLEASE reconsider your method of slimming down. It's dangerous, and it really doesn't give you results.
I've gotten more results in size by working out for an hour every day and eating right than I ever did by starving myself and making myself sick. Healthy people are attractive. Think about that.

firstly. you can eat and throw it up like your doing but who really wants to stick a toothbrush down there mouth.
what i would do, is like not eat alot and drink only water. but make sure that you eat SOMETHING just enough to make you have some energy.
like i think that you should at least eat breakfeast. but like a healthy one like eggs, fruit, and bacon. then orange juice. and then like the rest of the day just drink water.
so yeah. because you'll at least have energy for the day if you eat break feast, and if you eat something, then you wont like die or whatever.
