Well,
my dad married in to it.
So my step-moms famiyl is really the one with the money.
So... heres what they do.
My step-mom is a Doctor of Environmental Engineering.
My dad owns a contracting company.
My step-moms parents own an oil company.
My dad and step-mom also buy realty. (we currenly have 7 houses in the US.)
So if I were you I would get into oil.
My grandparents dont even really work.
They go on vacation.
A LOT.
Someone else runs the company,
my grandparents just own the company and the land the oil is from.

Your not suppossed to let them fall asleep cause something worse could happen to them.\
They could be bleeding in their brain, or something else that you dont know, and if they go to sleep it will mostly likely make it worse.
Thats about all i know.

I know on average your weight fluctuates 2-5lbs a day from eating and drinking but are the inches on your waist supposed to go up as you eat too?
This morning my waist was 26 inches and I've only had lunch and now it's just shy of 27.

Okay so my state (TN) has decided to mandate that every student K-12 get 90 minutes of excersize a week. Well they are using our homeroom time at my school to do just that. I think it is incredibly stupid because its not the school's responsibility to tell us what to do as far as excersizing goes. It is so damn retarded I can hardly stand it. I HATE coming to school now. OMG as if it wasnt bad enough LETS THROW IN SOME EXCERSIZE!!! Plus my homeroom teacher is strict with the rules, so if we dont do these excersizes every morning, she will write us up. I dont feel like I can talk to her because she wont understand. And I cant sit there and object while everyone else is doing it because that will draw negative attention to me. I get enough attention as it is for being fat. And thats not the reason I dont want to do the excersizes. It's just that 15 minutes is a long time for someone who is as heavy as I am and its embarassing to have my fat jiggle around for the whole freaking class to watch and laugh at. I would much prefer to excersize in PRIVACY where I dont have to worry about what I look like. High school is bad enough as it is. I think this is pure torture and I really want to refuse to do it. But I dont want to bring negative attention to myself. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? and what is your opinion on our new state law?? (link)

Some people aren't able to control their weight.
Like me, I was really reqally skinny in elementary school, then in 6th grade I gained a ton.
Now I'm back to being super skinny.
It's f*cking bullsh*t when someone tells you that Its "your fault".
I think the "law" is absolutely ridiculious. (sp?)
I think it should be up to the parents of the kids to tell them to exercise,
not the schools.
I would say that you should just do what you believe and "Fight For Your Right." (beastie boys song. lol)
If you dont want to exercise in front of the class,
then just refuse to not do it.
And if you do get in trouble?
So What????
At least you stood up for what you believe in and other students will probably want to do the same.

In the morning, I run 1/2 a mile on my treadmill, then do 25 sit-ups. I repeat it like that until I've run 2 miles & done 100 sit-ups. I do the same thing at night. So all together I run 4 miles & do 200 sit-ups. I'm trying to lose as close to 20lbs. by August 29, when I start school. Besides running & sit-ups, what other exercises can I do? The weight I need to lose is on my legs (majorly my thighs), my arms, & most importantly, around my stomach & hips.
I just need some help on what other exercise I can do to help reach my goal.

So what happens at a Meet and Greet? This Meet and Greet is going to be one of those table ones, where you queue up, they sign something and you walk away BUT I know they're going to be sticking around for a while.
I realise they will always have a big crowd around crowding them and stuff but...yeah
