okay. if a girl say like 13-14 was walking around where a lot of people are, say a carnival or fair. they said hi and waved like losers [haha] and were just trying to get people to say hi..what would you do if they said hi to you? me and my friends were doing it and 2 people said hi, one group gave us a dirty look, 1 person said bye and another person just looked at us..(they were around guys that 14-15) hah just want you opinion. thanks (:

yeah it depends on the people you wave to, everyone will react differently like gangsters (thats how i am) will be like wtf, but others will wave back

Well, it all depends on the person you wave to.
I'm not a guy, nor am I 13, but if you waved to me, I'd either be like "Wtf?" or I'd wave back. I'm usually pretty silly, so I'd wave back.
But, not everyone will be that way. They'll either think you're flirting, or making fun of them, so it all depends on the person.

Sorry, I'm not a 13 year old guy, but I think that you are going to get pretty much the same answer from anyone on this site.
Anyone who isn't 13, and even a lot of people that are, will find that incredibly obnoxious. I would really suggest that you not do that. I'm not trying to be mean or anything so don't take this the wrong way, but a lot of times you don't realize that what your doing is obnoxious, so i'm just trying to help. If you see a cute guy walk by, just kind of smile sweetly but don't like burst out laughing or anything, and let him approach you.
