bacne :/
okay so i have some acne on my back, the pimples aren't like BIG they're just the little red dots, but there's a lot, and i want them gone so that i don't worry when i wear tank tops. it's like on my shoulders and on my back

I'm male and had a similar condition when I was younger. None of the traditional scrubs and washes worked for me, so I went to my doctor and he prescribed me a course of antibiotics.
This pretty much did the trick, but almost ten years later I still get them now and again.
I also find that letting the sun get at them helps clear it up, as I rarely have had problems with bacne (I liked that word below poster!) during the summer - but then it's easier for guys to get away with not wearing a shirt.

you know what ? i had the same exact problem about last year. i was always scared to wear tanktops and a swimsuit during the summer because i thought people would look at me funny. well... i started using rubbing alchohol on my back. lay down and have someone do rub on your back about everynight before bed. it really works, because i don`t have it no more. and hey besides it feels great having someone rub your back. haha. try it.
P.S. make sure it`s about 99% alchohol. and DON`T drink it. it`s not the drinking kind. lol

Neutrogena Body Clear. Try it. It's not that expensive and it works pretty well for clearing up breakouts on your body. You can also use a spot treatment, if you're flexible enough to get it on your back. Or you could ask someone to out it on for you [ I'm willing to bet your mom wouldn't mind, or ask a close friend ]
Also, a lot of people have bacne. So don't worry about it so much and don't let it keep you from wearing tank tops! It's hot out!

Most of the times when you get these bumps on your back its because after you take a bath/shower you dont dry your back all the way. The air hits that area trapping dirt and water in your open pores. SO DRY THIS AREA COMPLETELY.
And you can also use the acne medicine for your face on your back. before and after you get in the shower.

if your using a moisterizing body wash, you need to change that pronto. i used to have that problem, just like little red bumps. then i switched to axe body scrub. i'm a girl. and i know that sounds weird. but all my bacne went away. but if you really don't want to use axe, then neutrogena makes body wash for acne on your body. (: check it out at a drug store, or even wal mart!
