Exercise. In the morning, I run 1/2 a mile on my treadmill, then do 25 sit-ups. I repeat it like that until I've run 2 miles & done 100 sit-ups. I do the same thing at night. So all together I run 4 miles & do 200 sit-ups. I'm trying to lose as close to 20lbs. by August 29, when I start school. Besides running & sit-ups, what other exercises can I do? The weight I need to lose is on my legs (majorly my thighs), my arms, & most importantly, around my stomach & hips.
I just need some help on what other exercise I can do to help reach my goal.

jump roping is agood way for your arms and legg muscles to get in to shape.. swimming is really ood for you leggs/thighs.. if you do squats (sorry if i spelt that wrong) they work for your thighs and butt.. lifting weights works well for you arms.. even while your running on the treadmill while holding weights can work and maybe be faster ]

Okay you're doing great with what you're doing.
Thats more then most ppl do.
Just keep it up and the weight will come off.
