In the morning, I run 1/2 a mile on my treadmill, then do 25 sit-ups. I repeat it like that until I've run 2 miles & done 100 sit-ups. I do the same thing at night. So all together I run 4 miles & do 200 sit-ups. I'm trying to lose as close to 20lbs. by August 29, when I start school. Besides running & sit-ups, what other exercises can I do? The weight I need to lose is on my legs (majorly my thighs), my arms, & most importantly, around my stomach & hips.
I just need some help on what other exercise I can do to help reach my goal.
