Waist inches.

Question Posted Tuesday August 7 2007, 12:19 pm

I know on average your weight fluctuates 2-5lbs a day from eating and drinking but are the inches on your waist supposed to go up as you eat too?

This morning my waist was 26 inches and I've only had lunch and now it's just shy of 27.

How much does your waist fluctuate on average?

i dont know but i do know you are worrying way to much and you seriously need to find a summer activity to get your mind off yourself, if you are measuring your waist keep in mind that is not normal.
