Is this realisitc?

Question Posted Tuesday August 7 2007, 12:20 pm

I have a 27'' waist and I'm hoping to get down to a 25'' within about a month.

I've never really taken any notice to my measurements so I'm not sure if 2 inches within a month is realistic or not?

It's rare but it can happen...but if your a 27 chances are you don't need to get down to a 25...and even if you wanted to...you don't have enough fat there to lose the inches...you have to look at what your bone structure will support...its not just about being thin..its about being healthy...if you really want to get down to a 25 I'd certainly give it more than a month because your body wont eat away at what little fat is there that quickly...you're looking at a minimum of 3 months getting down to that...but more realistically would be 6 months or more.
