Cooking kidneys (Pork)

Question Posted Tuesday August 7 2007, 12:21 pm

I enjoy pork meat, but it has become too expensive, the affordable portion of pork meat for me seems to be the kidneys. I would like to know how can I make my kidney test good, and how long does it take to cook kidneys?

personally, i love to grill kidneys. While they are cooking, cook up some lemon juice/herb mixture, and put that on them while they are cooking. Also.. if you know how to make Bechmel sauce, that goes good too.
