im super flat,its not even funny. how do you get bigger boobs, without getting plastic surgery and such. is there anything natural you can do?
and please don't say i should just accept myself, and live with it.

I will not say "just accept yourself" as that would not be right or help you out any. The problem here is that there really is not anything you can do as some girls bloom faster than others. It's all in your DNA. It comes down to that and just waiting on puberty to take its natural course.
No doctor would ever perform plastic surgery on anyone your age to increase size here. It's illegal (number one) and number two they know that you are still growing. It's a drag sometimes but we cannot control nature I am afraid. It sucks no doubt, but your friends feel just as awkward about their breasts and changing as you do and those girls could not control what has to occur naturally.

Okay, why is this question in spirituality? Maybe it is because boobs are the life force of all mankind? Maybe it is because women are told that they only amount to what they look like in our society and our worth is determined by the size of our ears, I mean boobs? Well, however you got here, you came to the right place. I am the boob guru and can tell you that you have every reason to be concerned. Big boobs are better, because they get the most saggy with age and attract the wrong kind of guys. It is easier to be labeled a slut when you have big boobs and easier to get away with not knowing how to change a tire or pump your own gas. Boobs can get you out of many situations that the useless brain organ can not. Start stuffing your bra and you will see what I mean. When you are old enough make sure to get surgery so that you look like you have two hard melons shoved tightly under your skin and are about to explode. That is really sexy. It is so much fun to be able to wear bra's that look like military strength torpedo carriers and get that attractive red mark across your back and shoulders from the raw skin that rubbed off on the bra. Bigger boobs are the answer to every problem and the only thing that matters. Rub hemorroid cream all over your body except your boobs, so that by shrinking yourself, the boobs will look bigger by comparison. By all means, never accept or love yourself for who you are and don't let anyone else either. That is for pansies.

Outside of wearing heavily padded bras, there is nothing you can do to increase the size of your breasts. That is based totally on genetics. Unless you come from a chesty family, chances are you will not ever have large breasts naturally. You can do exercises to increase the size of your pecs, but that will give you a more masculine appearance. If you're not interested in plastic surgery, perhaps you should just be satisfied with the way God made you.

There really isn't anyway to enhance breast size without the help of a plastic surgeon (I'm sorry, I know thats not what you wanted to hear)
However, there are things that you can use to enhance your look. Try a push-up, padded, or even a waterbra to make you look fuller. There are pads you can buy to fill up your bra with to make you look larger as well. Try not to over-do it though, you want to look as natural as possible. So don't automaticly stuff until you're a D, just do it gradually.

There's no "natural" way to fix something that is already natural to begin with! Try wearing solid colored tops instead of ones with busy patterns, and details such as ballet style tops or wrap tops that can create an illusion of a bigger chest.

If you can be bothered to do exercises such as push ups, they give the appearance of bigger boobs.
Apparently if you massage your boobs, it can help stimulate the tissue growth.
Both of the above will probably take a while before you can see a noticable difference.
But if you don't want to do the above, you can try and take suppliments and see if they actually do work, or a padded bra?

Like everyone said if your skinny you may have to gain weight but you probably dont want to do that. A padded bra makes them look bigger, but you could get a water bra from walmart or store like that they fill you out more.

Theres no magic way to get bigger breasts without plastic surgery of course and Im pretty flat too, so I know why its annoying to have people say "JUST accept and LOVE yourself." blah, blah, blah. Truthfully, the way to get boobs is to gain weight. But then of course you gain weight EVERYWHERE. Arms, stomach, legs. But still, gaining 10 pounds will definitely give you some more breast! When you gain weight, your breasts are the first noticeable place, luckily. Also, if that doesnt work, theres always a bra. Bras are key - the right one that is. I love push-up bras because for flat chested people you can really look like you have a lot there! Also, layering shirts can make the appearance of bigger breasts. Ive also heard of "natural bras", theyre usually clear plastic or tan and they look like shoulder pads except theyre meant to go in your bra and give you extra stuffing. Hope that helps you.

Well hmm..that's a tough one but it can be done! Are you skinny? If so, that could be the reason. See, most people who are a little over-weight have over-sized boobs and skinny people have flat chests. But neither are considered "unattractive" to guys nor girls. Some people just feel self-consious because they think people have so much better looking features about them when those people don't and actually envy others. Maybe, you could just put on a little weight. No, not 50000000 pounds but you know what I mean! Good luck. Hope I helped <3

Working out your chest muscles through certain exercises will give a fuller appearence, but not so much that of breasts. However, you may be happy with what this can do for you. Google 'Pectoral exercises'.

you can get padded bras to make it appear bigger? other than that I don't know because the only other way I know would be implants.
