Makeup for cheerleading Is it appropriate for my 12 year old 7th grade sister to wear a little makeup for when she cheerleads at football games. If so, what kind?

Yeah! It will make a good impression if it looks like she planned for the event. I would do some clear, sparkly lip gloss, little bit of eye liner, and some lite eye shadow. Good Luck! ]
ya sure no problem as long as like she doesnt over do it like madonna or something...lipgloss or a light pretty shade of lipstick bluch is ok two if her uniform is red its ok to let her wear rep lipstick if she likes and maybe maybe a lil but of eye shadow..dont let her go crazy its ok to wear make up its for a good occasion ]
try light light blush maybe?
clear mascara
and some clear lipgloss. ]
yea.i would say lip gloss, clear mascara, and a little concealer possibly ]
im a cheerleader too! im not allowed to wear make-up though because they are SUPER strict..but if you're allowed too..show spirit! like the other person said, school colors are really good. maybe get the spray hair dye that washes out.. also glitter and lipgloss are the best. hope i helped!

I was a cheerleader and the best thing to do was to show your school colors. My school colors were blue and gold so I would put the color blue for one eye and gold for the other. It is totally appropriate as long as it is for showing spirit. Hope I helped! :) ]
Yeah, I'm sure it's appropriate. All the cheerleaders at my school wear makeup and doodle our school initals on their cheeks and everything. What the girls in our school do is maybe put on some glitter eyeshadow and eyeliner. Nothing too heavily and overloading. I hope I helped. ]
When i did that, i was wearing a little eyeshadow and sometimes brown mascara. (dont let her go overboard though) also a very light pink blush...but dont put to much on or she wont look very good. i hope i helped! ]
I would say its alright.. Maybe some fun eyeshadow and like glitter and lip gloss. No lipstick or foundation or anything. Just simple fun stuff. For they eye shadow i would check out like claires or kohls and they have the glitter at bath and body works in the kids section.
if she wants maybe a little bit of mascara as well but i would avoild eye liner! especially black ]
for a 12 year old, don't use foundation... just mascara, eyeliner, lip shine and maybe eyeshadow. you can use foundation on the eyelids so it wont crease but otherwise, save that for later on. she wont need blush since she'll probably be out in the sun/heat. <3 ]
of course its fine. foundation, neutral eyshadow colors, sheer lipglosses and little mascara is all she'll really ever need. if you dont like mascara just get an eyelash curler. makes natural lashes look real pretty. if she ever wants to try eyeliner it has to be a black brown, and pencil, because liquid is way to dramatic, and pencil is light when used correctly. no need for blush or lipliner, or bold colors. ]
i think a little makeup can't hurt. thats actually the age when i started to try makeup. she should definitely use lipgloss if she doesn't already, and maybe a little mascara would look pretty. if she wants to wear eyeshadow, then she should do a natural color like tanish or something kind of close to her skin color, not like bright blue. even a light pink is okay. i started to wear eyeliner when i was either 12 or 13 but everyone in my school wore eyeliner so i didn't look trashy. if you see a lot of her friends wearing eyeliner let her try a little, but i think she should only wear it on the bottom lid. definitely NO lipliner, shes way to young for that i'm 14 and still don't wear it. blush is fine once again just a natural color looks fine. just make sure she doesnt over do it and if she puts too much on tell her because when i first started wearing makeup i thought you just put on a ton of everything at once and my parents didn't tell me it looked bad because they didnt want to hurt my feelings, so when i went to school every one was laughing at me and i didn't know why. so make sure she doesnt cake it on!!! hope this helped ♥ ]
yes it is.
i would suggest waterproof mascara,
foundation if it`s neccesary, eyeliner,
and maybe some eyeshadow. i`m a cheerleader,
and i know that if you wear alot, you`ll
just sweat it off and that looks crappy.
so go with light, somewhat waterproof
makeup. nothing too over the top.
and i would also suggest chapstick, because
since it`s getting colder
[especially at football games]
and i doubt she`ll want cracked chapped lips.
Hope I Helped. <3 ]
Yes its absolutely fine I think.
As long as its not like drag queen red hot lipstick type stuff.
A little shadow and gloss wouldnt hurt anyone.
:]
