Just be honest with him its really no big deal its a part of life we can't stop it and im sure he would understand.. so next time just come out and be like no i can't and when he asks why just tell him its that time of the month... xoKimFryeox answered Thursday July 20 2006, 12:59 am: Just tell him youre on your period. If youve been with the guy a long time, who cares, its a normal female function that HE WILL INDEED have to deal with once a month. He'll get over it, I promise :) [ xoKimFryeox's advice column | Ask xoKimFryeox A Question ]
NeedAdvice21 answered Tuesday July 18 2006, 4:50 pm: hi- you can't just tell him the real reason because he might get freaked out. say that its not a good week or even stay away from him that week.(i don't mean to not see him but leave before he tries to start and get out of that mess) i hope i helped.

Dont just blurt out, "Im on my period" that may gross him out, instead say something like "Its not a good week for me"
Melody answered Sunday July 16 2006, 5:19 pm: Just be honest with him. He's your boyfriend, and almost every guy would be understanding. Simply say, "(Name), i'm on my period so now isn't a good time." Kind of laugh about it so it won't be so awkward. Trust me, he'll appreciate the heads up. kristen22 answered Sunday July 16 2006, 11:00 am: Periods are normal, in fact if you didnt have them, that would be weird! lol. I know it can be a little embarassing though to have to tell the one your dating your on your period, but sometimes it's gotta be done. If he gets weirded out at all about it then he is to immature for you. Here are some "cute lil phrases you can say instead of saying I'm on my period. Here's my personal favorite and one that my husband hears once a month "I'm under construction"...lmao! or here's a couple more
"I'm raggin"
"I'm temporarily broken"
Vicky answered Sunday July 16 2006, 10:32 am: Having periods is totally normal............it shows that we are healthy. You shouldn't be embarrassed by them.
I am surprised if your boyfrind doesn't know what they are and if he is freaked out then he is totally immature and pathetic.
Besides, no offense, but what the hell are you doing with a guy when you can't even trust him enough to tell him that you are on your period? :)

xomegaroni answered Sunday July 16 2006, 10:29 am: i actually had this conversation with my friends last night haha =) okay basically, you have to straight out tell him. yeah it'll be awkward but he is your boyfriend. not some random guy, ya know?? if he tries, juss be like "not the right time" er something. he should take the hint. but anyway, being straight forward is a lot better so that you won't have to go into detail. that could become more awkward than before.
