food diet okay if i eat breakfast, little lunch and dinner, would that help me lose wieght and also exercise like walking?

yeah that would work. just as loong AS its healthy. i alwasy eat like aotmeal for breakfest and then salad and stuff for lunch and exersice. just stay off the JUNK FOOD!! Good luck!! ]
well dont eat little eat the same amont or more just walk about an hour a night then rest 30 min. then do push-ups and crunches for 30 min. to an hour.thats what I do and it works great!And also look in magizeens for better ways to work out. ]
It depends what you eat? If your eating healthy then probebly. & also you might want to try and do other exercise other then walking it would help a lot. ]
that probably wont help you lose that much weight, because thats not enough exercise.
you dont have to make your meals smaller, just cut down on the junk food, and work out.
you can go to the gym and work out your arms and legs and abs, or you can work out at home.
just stretch before you work out, then use machines at the gym or just do sit ups, v-ups, push ups, lunges, and mountain climbers at home.

I've answered alot of questions about this topic before, so i guess i can help you. I'll give you some suggestions, and you can choose what you like, for example:
.Food
you can eat a healthy breakfast
All your lunch
No dinner
No junk food
And if you get really hungry, then drink alot of water.
.Exercises
you can go for long walks as you said
you can go to the club and run the track and exercise at the gym
there are certain electronic machines that you can buy and excerise on at home
you can use pilates, but thats only if your dead serious about losing weight
every morning when you wake up, you can do a few exercises, sit ups and stretches
Thats all i have to help you, but you can also refer back to my advice column where i answered some other questions about that topic too. ]
You do not have to make any meals smaller, but more healthier would really help! Like say granola cereal, chicken ceasar salad, and a healthy dinner! Exercise like walking is a great thing to do, just remember, eating less isnt better, just eating healthier!
Another great exerisize is sit ups and dance!

Here's a good diet. Huge breakfast, cereal is the best way to go and water. then yeah a small lunch & dinner
another good one is replacing to meals a day with water and cereal! It works, just make sure you excersize and try to jog instead of walking! ]
