Melody answered Thursday June 8 2006, 5:21 pm: Wow, have you ever heard of terrible two's?
& then the seven year old's going to feel left out when you have to give a lot of attention to the two year old. Uhhm, I'd say at least 12 dollars an hour. Personally. [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]
barbieblissx answered Wednesday June 7 2006, 4:09 pm: well 5.50 and hour plus 2 dollars extra for a kid. so 7.50 an hour.. well i think that is resonable
orphans answered Wednesday June 7 2006, 12:55 pm: I ask for 5 dollars an hour because it is a good and reasonable price. It pays and people don't think it is too expensive. Most babysitters ask for that much money an hour.
Good luck :] [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
XxEmo_HelpxX answered Tuesday June 6 2006, 7:22 pm: I think that a fair price to start would be around $3-$5 an hour. Or if you want you can just ask them how much they are willing to pay. Don't go too high because then you won't get any business and don't go too low or else you won't make that much for your hard work. I hope I helped!
BEAUTiFUL_DiSASTER_xo answered Tuesday June 6 2006, 4:10 pm: I would guess about $6 or $7 an hour. Those numbers are somewhere in the middle of what people usually charge. Those kids are pretty young, especially the 2 year old so you're going to have to do a lot of work and keep them occupied. Maybe you could let the parents decide and let them choose whether to give you $6 or $7. Don't go any less than that though.
barreldreamer101 answered Tuesday June 6 2006, 3:56 pm: When I babysit (im from the us) I charge about 4 dollars an hour for 3 kids and under then with the families that have more i do about 5-7 ( I babysit for a family of 9 kids thats when i do the 7 an hour) But I hope this helps [ barreldreamer101's advice column | Ask barreldreamer101 A Question ]
DancinCutie08 answered Tuesday June 6 2006, 3:50 pm: well from where i am from i would say abouit $5 an hour because basically you really are only watching the 2 year old (the 7 year old should be pretty self sufficient and do alot of things for himself get dressed, brush his teeth, put his own shoes on etc)
i know i watch 3 kids ages 4(turned 4 last week), 2 1/2, and almost 1 and i make 7-10 dollars an hour and usually thats pretty good.
just dont over do it because if you make it sould like you have to get $10 an hour chances are they wont use you or use you that often
hev7777777 answered Tuesday June 6 2006, 3:20 pm: well, i would charge $4 for the ywo year old each hour and $5 for the seven year old each hour.
I hope that helped.
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Tuesday June 6 2006, 3:16 pm: i think it really depends on how well behaved your kids are. if they are well behaved then something around $5 an hour would be fine, but if they can get wild and out of control then i think something closer to $8 an hour is better.
