so many problems

ok sorry its long but... i have a lot of problems and i dont know whats wrong with me. there are just so many things...here are just a few:
1-i cut myself...like really deep to the point where i pass out and wake up with blood all over

2-i pull the ends of my hair on urdge

3-i feel tension and stress about everything bad

4-i over analyze EVERYTHING makeing it scary and bad

5-i think about suicide all the time

6-my mood can change in an instant-one minute ill be all happy and something will happen or someone will say something and ill go all depressed

7-i burn myself on occasion

8-i find it really hard to express my feelings and what imthinking b/c ik that noone will understand...they will try but they just dont get what im going through unless they r goin through it too

9-i am always tired all the time b/c i dont sleep much...i havent in like a week

10-i have lost a lot of weight b/c i refuse to eat and when some one makes me eat i throw it back up

11-at times i will find my self sitting in my room and all of a sudden i will just like start crying and i will cry for hours

12-for the past year i have been trying so hard to make it sound like i am happy and im so good to the point where my parents think that i am a "happy delightful young lady who is fun to be around"



you see? there are so many things wrong with me and like i have tried sooo many different ways to cope with the stress in my life but like nothing that i have tried works! its just realy hard and idk what to do.

wow you sound like me...
i understand what your going through and how annoying it is to talk to people and have no one understand what your saying and it realy sucks that you can't stop doing things like not eating or cutting your self but theres realy nothing but therepy which i myself don't like one bit because i can't talk while im there i get freaked but you never know everyones different try writing aboutit thats what makes me feel better sorry i couldn't be of more help but im trying to figure this out myself

I understand where you are coming from with number 3 because I also feel tension and stress about everything bad because it scares me but I try to keep thinking positive and stay optimistic and it really helps me. in number 4, I ALSO think about all of the bad things in a situation. I used to think about suicide but I stoped because there is so much to live for! I think the answer for number 6 is a chemical imbalance.. My friend was also like that but her mother took her to the doctor and that helped a lot. Councelling can also help. I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WOULD WANT TO BURN YOURSELF! It doesn't look like you have a hard time experssing your feelings because u took a huge step by posting on this website!!! If someone doesn't understand then make them understand, educate them! Take some time to talk to your parents about number 9 because you need sleep! Your body needs rest. For number 10, do you think that food is bad? Maybe for number 11, you need to get out and spend time with teens your age! To make you happy. NOW FOR NUMBER 12, STOP LIVING A LIE, YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE SAD AND DEPRESSED SO TELL YOUR PARENTS! NEVER KEEP ALL OF THIS FROM THE PEOPLE WHO LOVE YOU! IF U THINK THAT YOUR PARENTS WON'T UNDERSTAND THEN TELL A TEACHER, A FRIEND, SOMEONE!

well to me your life must suck i cut to but the way i try to deal with things that piss me of or stress me is listeing to music and screaming or even hitting myself i know it sounds stupid but it works. and i tried killing myself by taking 13 advils but it didnt work i just threw up all kinds katie =[

all of these things are releaving you from some kind of stress/problem and you need to identify that. it could be from loss of friends, a divorce,self-image problems, boyfriends...the lists go on, but you have to talk to someone because you are carrying too many hurful feelings. find a trustworthy family member, friend, or even the school councelor,and just tell them because people do care about you. i care about you and i want so bad for you to become better, but you have to want that to, and that means that you shoudl talk to someone. telling someone may fell like walking around naked, but it'll help, trust me. good luck !

everyone gos threw stress i no its hard to deil with sometimes but just try to coup with it because it will get better i swear ive been threw it. i mean i wouldnt eat or sleep and i have doen that be4 but it will get better i promise. sometimes i sit in my room and cry. but after i talk to my friends and it all seems better. it might feel like ur world is falling apart now but it will get better. i promise.

Is it that you have too much going on in your life right now? Too many classes/activities? Or is it just stress as in... stress from having too much pressure? A lot of people feel the same way as you do [but don't necessarily cut or burn themselves], and it seems like no one understands. I agree with other people that it seems like you have depression and i would suggest talking to someone... you say no one understands you, but there are people who will. I know, because I went through those same issues and i can say i felt the same with a lot of your points. You should see a counselor or get help, talking to someone makes it easier. There's always someone out there who's willing to listen to you, you just need to find him/her.

All these are signs of depression. I know what you're going through, I've been here before. You should talk with your parents and tell them everything. Also, I recommend counseling. Get help now. Please!!!! Do it for me. I know exactly how you feel...

OMG you are worrying me. I get tons of stress but I dont self harm my self. You seriosly need outside help. Dont be afraid to cry around people. Talk to a couselor and since you said you find it hard to exprss your feelings, maybe you could draw out what you feel. You should eat, it might make you feel better and give you energy. Get out in the sun and take a walk, walking will give you energy and it will help you sleep better and a chemical from the sun makes you happy. Y'know, if I was an athiest, I would be going through the same thing. When i'm in pain, I turn to god and my prayers were answered. Keep yourself busy, if you dont, you'll always think of things that make you sad.

I know it is really hard to make friends, so I am not going to just recommend that. Try to take up poetry. It is a PERFECT way to pour out your feelings. If this doesn't work, try and talk to someone. Yes, everyone says that, but it really does help. It is one of the HARDEST things to do, but once you do, you'll be glad.

hey! omg this is so weird...someone REALLY close to me went through this not too long ago. the crying all the time is a pain in the butt, and hurting yourself for no reason not wanting to but at the same time wanting to- i know. it will sound unclear to someone else at first, but you NEED to tell someone...and soon. keeping this going and doing these things will only get worse. tell someone you know you can trust-someone who will help you too not JUST listen. also...i'm not sure if you're a christian or not but it helps to pray to god to help you through this and to become better again...to REALLy be happy+ dont worry about what might happen if you tell someone...you need to and its for the better and by telling somone things WILL get better:) xoxohelpachick
