RockStoleMySoul answered Thursday October 13 2005, 9:21 pm: Okay, well this may sound really stupid, but you should see your doctor and have him check you for scoliosis. If you get checked, and he catches it early enough, he can fix it. Seriously. So you need to get into the doctor hun.
And until then, sit up straight!!!!
But seriously, check with the doctor because he can give you a brace to wear at night that will "straighten out" your problem.

EvilCheshire answered Tuesday October 11 2005, 2:02 pm: Maybe you need a new computer chair or something or your posture in your chair could really be causing it too.
If your rents have insurance try to get into a chiropractor(sp?) They specialize in all your bones and such and could probably do something to make it feel better. [ EvilCheshire's advice column | Ask EvilCheshire A Question ]
XmeXohXmie answered Monday October 10 2005, 11:03 pm: Hmm, I have that too. There are a few possible causes of this...
*On your period? About to be? It can cause back pains. An Advil/Tylonal or Midol can fix that.
*Strain on your back can cause soreness. If you have been using your back muscles a lot lately (most likely your backpack since school started recently)then it is probably sore just like muscles.
*I have a minor case of scholiosis. It is a disease that involves "curvature of the spine". It is probably not that, but sometimes my back gets sore easier than my friends for that reason.
AdviceAbby answered Monday October 10 2005, 10:55 pm: If you are a girl it could be cramps. If so, scrunch your legs next to your body. That is what I do. If you are a boy, bring a sweater. Set that next to your back. Cushion. Even if you are a girl you might what to also use a sweatshirt. Good Luck! Ask me more if any other difficulties! Staci_3494 answered Monday October 10 2005, 10:31 pm: I do cheerleading so i know what it likes to hurt. If I were you i would use, Ice, heating pads, and even if this hurts try streching it. If it really starts getting bad like as if one day you wake up and you can't move then I would go to the Doctors!
