Okay, first you have to have outfits for every day. If you`re going for a week, make sure to have something like: 5 shirts, 3 or 4 shorts, a few skirts, a dressy outfit to go out to dinner or something in, etc. Then bring two bathing suits, so one will always be dry. Make-up should be kept to a minimum.

bring a beach towel so you can lay on it and tan.. sun tan lotion you cant forget about that. make sure you bring a very cute bathing suit like a bikini if you have brown hair go for a brown or red bathing suit.. it looks really good.
blonde hair - the blue's, yellow's, green's, & pinks work best
black hair - a bathing suit with lots of bright colors or a bathing suit with lots of white looks cute too.
HAVE FUN!

I would bring 2 bathing suits, just in case. Make sure you're comfortable in both.

Sunglasses are helpful and cute.

Suntan lotion. SPF 30 is a good choice, because you can stay out for a while and still get some of a tan.

A beach towel.

Sandels.

A large shirt, incase you burn really bad.

Pony tail holders.

A book/radio/both.

Have fun!

beach list

1. swim suit (it depends how do you want to present your self. if you dont mind wearing same swim suit then just one and it also depends how long will you be gone)

2. Definetly Sunblock...

3. extra underwears

4. probably 3 towels (but again, it depends on how long you will stay)

5. your normal daily make up

6. extra sets of clothes (many many, if you are going for long time)

7. extra pair of shoes (flip flops are good)

8. and MONEY $$$

hope this helped =)

you do not need make up for the beach, itll just run and smear anyways. just remember suncreen, a bathing suit, a beach towel, maybe a sheet, some food and drinks in a cooler, and a football or something to play with.

-- A towel.
-- I would say one bathing suit is fine, but theRe's nothing wRong with being pRepaRed? Just bRing a couple ones you Really like.
-- Sunblock.
-- Tanning lotion.
-- Bottled wateR.
-- A few bucks.
-- Sunglasses.
-- A hat.
-- Change of clothes.
-- HaiR bRush.
-- Sandles.
-- ScRunchies.
-- Maybe a beach ball.
-- Some soRt of box foR sea shells.
-- A cameRa.
-- aha.. mace is ya got it - theRe's a lot of cReeps out theRe!
-- Also, I would suggest taking it easy on the make up. If you plan to go in the wateR it will Run, and if you do NOT plan on going into the wateR... you'll still sweat, and it will smeaR and make you Really uncomfoRtable.

Have fun & be so so safe! Hopefully this was of some use to you!! :D

List of what to bring for 1 day at the beach. ( I wasn't sure how long you were going)

bathing suit- if you're going in the water make sure you're not wearing a bikini that will fall off after one wave. If thats impossible one pieces are good. Then of course if you're just going to stick you're feet in you can wear whatever bikini you want. If you're going more than one day, bathing suits don't really need to be washed after one usage. Just hang them up to dry.

sunglasses

sunscreen

flip flops

magazines books

towels

umbrella (if you like the shade)

beach chair (if you'd rather sit up than lay on a towl)

makeup- don't put too much on i mean its the beach.

Have fun!!!

xOtWiXi answered Sunday June 19 2005, 12:59 am:
These are my beach essentials:

Flipflops [it`s easier to take them off to walk on the sand, and if you hate the gritty sand, bring an extra pair to slip into after your feet are cleaned from the sand, if there's a public little shower thing to rinse off in or whatever =] ]

One or Two Cute Bathing Suits that you are completely comfortable in.

A sarong/cover up

Bottled Water & A snack like Pretzels.

A very good sunscreen [good SPF]

Sunglasses

A cute sundress or outfit to put on after you leave the beach.

^^ That should be perfect, not over done and not too little. As for makeup, when I go to the beach, I don`t wear makeup because if you have lipgloss and the sand is blowing, it might stick on your lips. But, if you want to, go with a little lipgloss, a little eyeliner, and foundation, if you use foundation, see if you can get some with sun protection.

If you need anything else, feel free to ask =] Hope I`ve Helped ♥

gakkuhideto answered Saturday June 18 2005, 9:50 pm:
Well, don't bring makeup. What good would makeup be at the beach? You should only need one bathing suit...whichever one you like. And you need sunscreen, lots of it. And lots of towels...and some food. Also, a beach umbrella wouldn't hurt.

HyperactiveMiss answered Saturday June 18 2005, 9:44 pm:
I don't know about makeup...because why would you need makeup? You're just going to the beach. Plus, if you go into the water, who's going to care about makeup, lol. But I would bring a beach bag and put things like a towel or two (Extra one is for lying down on), extra clothes in case you change back, umbrella, chairs, sunblock, water bottle, snacks, sunglasses, things to do in case you get bored (like music/books), and wear your bathing suit/sandals. If you don't want to change until you get there, I suggest putting your bathing suit under your clothes and just simply take off your clothes on top and stick them in your bag. Have fun!
