ok so i want to get a cell phone for my birthday and my dad said to find out about plans that verizon has because thats the service he and my mom use. so anyway does anyone know what you do to add anohter phone to a plan or whatever..? i really dont know anything about it but i have to find out about it before my bday in order to get one.. I'm not sure what to do. My friend smokes pot and I know that it's none of my business, but she's ruining her life. She plays sports, and can't always breathe very well because she has all that crap in her system. I can't stand to see her suffer anymore. And when she gets high it's really scary. I don't know what to do anymore... it's been going on for a year and a half now. She's my best friend and I can't lose her. But if I tell someone, she'd probably get mad. What do I do? (link)

if i were you, i wouldnt tell her parents, because then you probably would lose her.
byt have you really talked to her about it?
and if there are other people that are concerened too, maybe all of you could talk to her.
like an intervention.
if it really gets alot worse, like she wont listen to anyone, then tell her parents.
but only do that as a last resort.
and do not tell the someone at your school,

because that could just end horribly.

brighter colored eyeshadow would be good on you.
[purple would be the greatest.]
an eyeliner i like the most is 'unstopable' by maybeline.
it's real inexpensive and doesnt smear often.
brown eyeliner would look good.
even brownish mascara.

Ok my mother is forcing me to go for a medicals check up cause i havent had one in like years and for some reason she thinks i could have diebeties cause she sees me eating too many sweets (rolls eyes) i know its rediculose but now im freaking out cause i just relized there gonna check my urine, blood, ect.. and... im just wondering if they can see that i have marijuana in my system. I dont smoke it all the time just once in a while last time was like friday nov 17 my check up is on tuesday can find anything if there not looking for it? help anyone who knows cause if they can im just gonna stale untill maybe another month if i can
any advice will be greatly appreciated

marijuana stays in your system for about a month, 30 days.
they wont test for marijuana unless your mom requests it.
but if you think youre in trouble,
[ok this might sound crazy, but..]
drink a LITTLE bleach. just a tiny bit.
and drink as much water as possible.
just btw, it will make you pee ALOT.
if you dont want to drink bleach,
there are other ways to get it out of your system.
like buying a cleaner..
but theyre usually reallly expensive
and pretty hard to find.

ok so on wednesday. i have to get my bottom braces off. but i still have a baby tooth left. its on the top on the left side in the back. and the toothe underneath already grew in so its like on the side of my tooth on the inside. and if i cant get it to come out. they have to extract it. but the thing is its not htat loose. and it hurts now becuse i have tried so hard to get it out. i dont want to get it extracted. so how can i get ti to fall out.
so what im asking is:
whats an extraction>? (liek what do they do?

how can i get it to come out without the pain!?!?!

well. different dentists would do different things to extract, which is just getting it pulled out.
some dentists would give you a shot of pain killer, others would give you "laughing gas". they might use both if it's a big tooth and isnt loose at all.
i would personaly let the dentist pull it out, but if you reallly want to get it out yourself, i dont think there's any way to do it with no pain at all.
dont try to pull it out if it's not loose. wiggle it for about 10 minutes every so often. after a while it would get loose. and once it's loose enough, of course, pull it out.

it's like a regular, american, white bread sandwhich.
i would say the most common is chicken, lettuce, onions and tomatoes.
my favorite is pita bread with cold cheese.
which is great with a cold soda. :]

Ok, I was planning for christmas and something hit me. What about my best friends? I have never gotten presents for my friends before because they were never that close but now I have 2-3 ultra best friends and I was thinking maybe to get them something. I dont want to make them think that Ive gone crazy and stuff so I was just thinking wether I should get them stuff or not. Im 13/F and so are 2 of my best friends and ones a guy. I was watching a movie today and it was kind of like the movie Thirteen, it's pretty much the same story just the movie I watched was based a true person - it was one of those lifetime original movies, Augusta Gone or something like that. Well I would never smoke because personally, I think it's a disgusting habit. But one of the girls on the show said that smoking (ciggarettes) helps quicken your metabolism. I was just curious as to whether or not that was true. And if you say that it is true, what's your proof? If it isn't true, how do you know for sure?
I promise this will in no way impact whether or not I smoke, I think smoking is gross, but I was just kind of curious when I heard that. I guess I could probably look it up myself, but my internet connection hasn't been very good and I've been getting really frustrated waiting for pages to load so I just assume this would be quicker on my part.

well okay. i havent been on my period for about 3 months now, and im not quite sure why. I do get stressed all the time about getting caught whenever i go out with my girls, i stress if like my parents will find out, call and check up on me.. plus i've been really stressing about being pregnant, yet my bf attempted to put his manhood inside me, yet it didnt go far at all cause i've never actually had sex..but yet i still keep thinking that i might be. Well i dunno what to do. Could i be pregnant?
plus im always irregular.. i've never in my life had it on schedule. i've had this kinda thing happen before, yet i hadn't ever done stuff with a guy or anything.. and it was for two months..
i just dont know what to do.. any advice on whats wrong?

im not sure how long stress can delay your period, but i doubt it could be as long as 3 months.
if i were you, i would get a pregnancy test like EPT [maybe use 2, just to be safe] b/c if you think youre pregnant, maybe the stress from that is delaying your period.
if youre not pregnant, idk what it can be but then you should deffinatly see a doctor.

Okay, so.. I love this guy. I have known him for about 2 years, and when i first met him i really gave him the wrong impression, and i wasnt very nice. then, i showed him the REAL me, but by then, he had a gf already. his gf and me are friends.. and she knows that i like him (shes okay with that). but she always tells me how she thinks hes annoying and rude and stuff and im thinking.. then can you dump him?! well i thunk you should talk to him;
maybe even ask him if he likes you,
if he says he does, then you can tell him you like him && chances are, he'll breakup with his g/f.
dont tell his g/f to breakup with him, of course, she could just get jealous && make this a bigger mess.

trust me, that's how my dad was wen my mom dated him. she tells me stories all the time. i no i hate my dad bc he's so controling and acts like nothing is ever good enough for him.he's trying to control him. dump him now. he might even refuse to let u break up with him, or threaten to kill himself, but that's all fake, he just wants someone weaker then him to control. dump him before u end up lik my mother, 41 with 5 kids and wanting a divorce for more over 8 years.

Okay so there`s this boy and i really like him. a lot. okay so i hang out with him a lot then one day i told him i like him and he blushed and changed the subject right away. so we were hanging out 2 days ago and he was being really sweet. not that he`s never sweet or anything but he was different. it was me and him. he was being really nice. he insisted on buying me food. when it started pouring on us.. he took of his sweater and gave it to me. everytime i look at jeff i catch him looking at me and he blushes and then he smiles at me. what do you think? do you think he likes me or is he just being nice because he knows i like him? you don`t have to be positive but i just want a few opinions.
