This sounds like me, but to help me do it i figured out the pros and cons of doing it and found out doing homework is better than not doing it...and if you do it right as you get it or when you have time..you will have plenty more time to laze around the rest of the day. plus you wont have to worry about it once it's done, and if it is too hard consider going to your teachers after school for help.

hey! i do too! we'd probably get along good. but my advice is just try to change it, it will really help you in the long run. you dont have to be trying to shoot for strait a's or anything like that, just c's or above. especially ifyour in highschool because it goes on your permanent record and its getting harder to find jobs with your transcript saying that you failed all your classes exept p.e...see if you can find a reely hot nerd at your school and get tootered, im sure your parents want you to pass to the next grade right....lol...good luck, i hope ihelped...

Well if you can't change your attitude then your not really going to get anywhere. In my school we have a math lab room open every period with a teacher helping...try and get help and get your stuff turned in. School and studying dosen't have to be gay get in a group with a bunch of friend order pizza study and then just hang out. Hope it helps

I hate school too but you still have to do it. Just make your self belive that you can do it. Get it over with first and then do whatever else you need to. Before doing anything do your school work and dont get mad about it. If its super hard ask your mom or dad to help you with it. x0

Maybe you're in too hard of a math class. Try going to a lower one if that is the problem, if it's not then you just need to change your attitude.

Good luck,

I know you're probably feeling that this lazyness won't catch up to you, but think of it this way: you see those bums on the streets? How much education do you think they have? I don't think you want to end up like that.

Especially in a world that revolves around money, you need a good education in order to make good money. The reason why your assignments are too hard is because you don't pay attention, gave up, or just aren't trying at your fullest potential.

My advice is get your butt in gear and start paying attention. Don't give up hope now, you still have a lot ahead of you. You can make learning a little more bearable by paying attention in class, taking great notes, reserving time for homework, and vice versa.

If you have trouble paying attention, like staying awake, bring something that will keep your attention in gear. Like bring chewing gum or a water bottle to keep your body busy to keep you awake. If it's paying attention, find ways to make it interesting. Read textbooks and outline chapters independently at home also. It helps a lot. You can also compile a study group.

As for taking notes, take notes from lectures and the textbook. If you have trouble keeping up, bring a tape recorder.

Manage your time well by reserving a time for fun stuff and a time for homework. After you get it done, you have a lot more time on your hands and a big load off your shoulders.

Good luck.

heyy .. i used to be like this but i turned myself around what you can do is ask your teacher for some help and tell her that you will make up the assignments that you missed or you can also ask her for some extra credit assignments to bring u your grade after you have complteted all the missing assignments and if you listen to music while you do your homework do not continue doing that it distracts you

hope i helped

Ask for extra help from your teacher or get a tutor. Ask your teacher if you could stay after school with them to try your homework and if you don't get something they will be there to help you. If you make the attempt so will they.

I think everyone hates school. But if you say so, you must really hate it. My first advice is to talk it out with your parents, they always understand.

2. Try to do even just half of your late math work and see how you feel. (sometimes I will do it with music because I love music)

3.If none of that works then you should talk with a school adult or school anything (exept a dog, unless you can talk to them)

I hope ive been helpful

Evikins answered Wednesday April 20 2005, 9:50 am:
That does not seem like a question, BUT i'll say somethin'. First of all, trust me, YOU CAN change the bad attitude towards school. My sis did. I hate math... maybe more than you do, (though I don't lose my assignments, LOLZ) but that doesn't make me hate skool. I love skool, to be honest. Its the only time I get to get away from the house. Lazin' around all day won't get you far in life. You NEED skool to become somebody. Have you tired gettin' a tutor for math? That will help much. Exactly what do u want to be when you grow up? Think about that and take other subjects that u'll be enthuastic about. I'm guessin' you are no more than 15, so how about you start tryin' to change that attitude?. If you need help on ways to change that attitude, you can always holla me.
Hope I helped.
