Ok, this is a pretty basic question, but does anyone have any really good organizational tips for school and also study tips along with that...they kinda go hand in hand! I RATE VERY WELL:)

With study tips- try doing all homework ect on the day its set, and if you have time try doing a project not for school but just for fun- you learn ALOT and get top marks for that subject when you go back ti school. Don't do it on something boring like maths- try inventing something or reserching science. I'm currently doing a study of the human body. I got 100% in the test!
Hope I helped,
Zoinatrobe.

Ok, what helps for me is to get a planer for your self. You can document when all tests are and all the homework you have for the day. For studing it helps me to make a studyguide to look over and study cards to quiz myself-~LAURA~

You should first of all have a binder for every subject. Have the binders all a differnt color and then find book covers to match the color of hte binders for the corresponding book. For studying i would say have notecards and write a ? on the front and answer on the back. The notecards usually work for me.
hope i helped

have a binder for every subject. if u have a lot of subjects, maybe combine 2 subjects (that you dont do a lot of work in) in one binder. have extra pens, pencils, etc. keep up with everything. maybe have a folder especially for homework and maybe one for stuff you have to study. study tips: go in a quiet room where NOTHING will distract you and study there. or maybe go sit outside (if you live in the country or a quiet neighborhood) and study there. read maybe a paragraph of your notes at a time and have someone quiz you on each paragraph you read. hope i helped!

Okay the first thing I would tell u would be to have all the supplies you know u will need. It is really helpful when it comes to getting everything done without having to borrow or share your friends. Second get a planner. They are amazingly helpful when it comes to organizing things and knowing when and what to study. But not just the planners they give you at most schools, get your own personal one. Third pay attention in class and you will have all the information you need.
Goodluck!!!

Take notes on everything the teacher says. It does wonders. It's a lot of work but it is worth it. In some classes all the teachers do is talk and if you don't take notes then you'll be far behind.

You could write questions all the questions down that i thnk might be on the test and then after writing them you could go back and look at them and put what you think the answer is.. and look back to see if you were ritght. Or like you could do what i do.. like at the end of chapter there might be a lil check-up which is what i do.. so do that.. that helps alot and usually gives you a good idea whats on the test.. my teacher told me to always answer to the first answer that goes in my head.. and its usually right and sometimes i look back at my erase marks on the scantron and i was right. so remember to go with your first guess!! hope i helped!! please rate! Sparky answered Monday December 27 2004, 1:25 pm:
A good way to stay organized it to get a binder or like maybe one for each class so that way each class has its own binder and it will be easier to find stuff for that class. As far as studying it depends on which u study better from, either notes, or a book. The best thing is to do it from both but like if you are a note person you need a certian style for taking them, like outline stlye of split page or just something you like and can help you. As far as studying from a book, read the chapter reviews and then answer them as you are reading and then review the questions when you are done

Hello =) okay . Get a big binder so you can put all your classes in it. i did that so i wont forget my binders. then , to study , set a time. lets say you get home from school at 2:30 well then come home get a snack blah blah and let's say set a study time for 3:30. that give you time to come home eat , talk on IM, and/or the phone. then study for an hour. turn your phone off and study away from things that distract you ( computer, phone, ect. ) hope i helped !

Well, you can use outline notes, or split page notes..they both are pretty good..
In case you dont know..
Split page notes are when you fold the paper and on one side, write notes and on the other, write a question about the notes..then read the question and answer it and then flip the page over and look at the answer..

You should get a binder for school, and dividers to organize your subjects.

MysteryGirl22 answered Monday December 27 2004, 11:15 am:
well, if you don't already have one, an assignment pad really helps. You can get one at a bookstore or a place like walmart or taget, and you can write your homework in there. when you get home from school, set a schedule, like do your homework right away, eat dinner, go on the computer for an hour, then study and take your time. then whatever time u have left you can do whatever you what.

I hope this helped!!

label all your things, put things in the right spot the FIRST time, lots of folders, extra pens/pencils/highlighters, a well set up locker where you can see what each book is for/each notebook, have a binder, an agenda mate or calander book where you can write your assignments, etc. there are hundreds of things you can do to organize. just look in staples and you'll find all sorts of good organization tools! =] -ask_anything
