what's the best way to whiten teeth?
my pearly whites could use a little lightening and i'd like to know what you all find to be the best way so that i can have my teeth in ship-shape in no time, thanks!

You might want to try the crest night affects with crest whitening tooth paste.I used those products and my teeth went from dull to sparkly white Baby!!!!!!!

Ok...I use Colgate Simply White..it works really really good but i have no idea about the strips cuz i have braces and cant use them but id say that they work.. =]

Paroxide (i think that is how you spell it) worked for me, also the crest whightening strips, but thoughs take awhile... hope i helped!

Everybody is telling you about whitening strips, so here's something new. My dentist was telling us about how after we get our braces off, we might want to get something done to our teeth. There are things dentists provide that can help whiten your teeth, just talk to your dentist or orthodontis about it. There are strips, and there are trays, and there are these things that the dentist does. Ask your dental hygenist about it.

Crest Whitening strips are awesome! There's directions on the back. Use them every night for two weeks and there is a difference. When you brush your teeth, brush them really good. What I do is I feel my teeth with my tounge, If they're smooth, no plaque, if bumpy, I brush again!

brushing your teeth, then crest whitening strips work good but they are EXPENSIVE! so baking soda works good too and it is probably in your house somewhere. baking soda and water for like 2 minutes everyday should get them white. but it tastes really bad

Well brush ure teeth Regualiary of corse! Crest white strips work good to my freind had those and they really worked really good! they also have like paint on stuff that you can buy and that works, itsjus alil different.. i didnt like it lol! but crest white strips DEF work and they are easy and get ure theeth nice and white!

hey i used the crest white strips and they work really good. you can also try to night one where you paint them on. they work too but just make sure you brush ur teeth in the morning before school or something it's it's kinda like paint. regular brushing with gel or paste that say whitening on it will be great. hope i helped take care. x3 SweetStar.

1. Brush your teeth daily and floss. If y dont floss it gets all yellow in between your teeth. Not so pretty. Blah.
2. They have one or two week white stripes. They also have whitening gel. Its in a little bottle and it has a little brush thingy and you put some on before you go to bed, wait 2 minutes then spit. And wah la (well, you have to use it for a week, but i used it and it works pretty well)
3. If you arent up for 2 or cant afford it, then there is one last resort. Baking Soda. Put some on your tooth brush and scrub away. Yes, it tastes like crap but it actually works really well!

hey! use a whitening toothpaste so you get it everyday! but i also used Crest White Strips and they worked amazingly. If you need a fast but more expensive way to do it, go to your dentist who can clean your teeth with a sodium spray which blasts stains off your teeth, works great i've had it done twice! a little pricey but very worth it! good luck

The best product I've tried is Crest Nighteffects (very similar to Colgate Simply White), which is a fairly inexpensive paint-on gel you wear at night. Although it does the best job, it's a real pain to apply and deal with. I would recommend using it for your initial whitening and then maintaining with Crest Whitestrips, which also work very well but are considerably more expensive. Whitening toothpaste will help you maintain as well. If you really want a good whitening job, the best thing to do is ask your dentist to recommend a product or treatment. He or she may even be able to whiten your teeth professionally, which will be great but may cost quite a bit.
