Cath answered Saturday November 27 2004, 8:21 pm: Hi Sweetie,
I'm afraid I wasn't too happy about your sentence. ...You're thinking of becoming wiccan? Okay. ...You want to know of good websites annd books? ...What the hell for? For resources and information? No! You don't think of becoming Wiccan and THEN look up books and information. YOU LOOK THINGS UP FIRST AND THEN YOU HAVE BLOODY CHOICES AND THEN YOU MAKE YOUR FREAKEN MIND!
I'm rating your question a sad face. A VERY BLOODY SAD FACE!
...Best wishes, I guess... ~Blessed Be... [ Cath's advice column | Ask Cath A Question ]
Fran answered Thursday November 25 2004, 10:07 pm: You only want to be wiccan because it is "cool" if you really wanted to be wiccan you'd have already looked up the websites and books. [ Fran's advice column | Ask Fran A Question ]
Asuka answered Saturday November 20 2004, 6:11 pm: Hello! I myself have wiccan and have been for about three years. I just want to make sure you know this. Wicca IS a religion. It isn't about the spells. They're like an added bonus of sorts. Wiccans that don't cast spells at all or only cast very few of them are still wiccans. ^_^
I don't care much for Silver Ravenwolf, as she seems too "kiddy" for me, but "Teen Witch" was one of the first books I purchased. Raymond Buckland's books are good, as are D.J. Conway's. One of my favorite books actually is by D.J. Conway, and is called "Wicca: the Complete Craft." Excellent excellent EXCELLENT Book. Has anything you could ever want to know in it. I also recommend Scott Cunningham. [ Asuka's advice column | Ask Asuka A Question ]

xokristabelle answered Sunday November 14 2004, 11:18 pm: Hi! I'm Wiccan, and I'd recommend www.wicca.com- they have a huge wealth of information, that's where I first found out about Wiccanism. Also, try your local library- I think there's a Recommended Reading List on the website I gave you.
